Original rental confirmation for which I received emails for pickup time and location based on my request. Arrived at uhual rental location as noted at the time specified. To my surprise, I was informed that requested unit was not available at that site. I was then directed to another uhaul location about 15 miles away without a prior notification from uhaul. Was not a happy customer at at that point as I was under a time constraint. I feel some sort of credit compensation is in order from Uhaul. Thank you for you time. - Bryan

clarity as to charges and information provided to customers. We returned the unit back to the rented location as were very clearly told it was about $100 to drop off at another location. Then we were billed additional Miles and it was more expensive. I will not be dealing with Uhaul after my last 4 rentals in the last 6 weeks. Most have been without issue. Steve.

Don't send equipment confirmation emails until equipment is actually confirmed. This location was the third I went to in order to get a trailer, and thank goodness they were nice and very helpful even though they were obviously just as busy as every other U-Haul in the state. Easy pick up and drop off, great customer service

Reserve the correct pickup location and time needed for rental. I ordered a truck from Boulder for 24 hours I ended up picking up a truck from Erie Colorado for 10 hours... your error resulted in my additional cost.

Driveway and parking are poor - too narrow and hard to work in with a long truck and/or trailer. This location is very convenient for me and the personnel helpful - it's just the layout I'm unsatisfied with.
