The people went above and beyond for me and couldn't have been nicer while doing so. There wasn't a van to be had in the area because of evacuations, and I know, because she looked and looked for me, even though she didn't have to. She got me one for the next morning and I couldn't have been happier! The rental process was quick and painless, and the drop off even easier. I would recommend this business for just the people alone! Thank you for making my move, in a crazy time for our area, a lot easier!!

The U-Haul App is a disaster, did not work well and is extremely poorly designed. Upon pickup the on line software in the office was not working properly either. Upon drop off, during posted open office hours, the office was closed, and the app for an on-line return did not work at all, as I kept getting a "can not find your location" error message. The entire process was extremely frustrating, not as much for the location, but for U-Haul in general.

I was called by the rental dropoff place, cube smart and was "chided" and disrespected by the person that called me. My rental was not due till 530 and they made fun of me for not being able to drop it off early for another renters convenience. If I have a rental for 48 hours, I should be asked once NICELY if I can drop it off. The rental agent at the end who called me stated when I told them that I could not be sure if I could drop it off early "so you cant do this guy a favor and drop it off early? I hope that he is not your neighbor". This was totally uncalled for and I will not rent from that place again. OWNER, PLEASE RETRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES. IF i RENT FOR 48 HOURS, THERE SHOULD BE NO QUESTION THAT I GET TO KEEP MY RENTAL FOR 48 HOURS.

A text was sent a day or two before that the pickup site was different, but when I paid for the truck the night before the pickup, the address was the original one. It was the original one in the following email I received acknowledging the payment. When I was dropped off from the airport to pickup the truck, IT WASN'T THERE! The manager at the site was very helpful, but when he had me speak to an area manager on the phone THE AREA MANAGER WAS RUDE AND COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL. He told me if I went to the address in the last communication I received I was "outa luck." I had no transportation since I was from out of town, and the other location was about 20 miles away. He refused to do anything to help.

Check in was difficult. The person working at the storage company started to help us then when a storage customer came in said he didn't work for Uhaul and said we had to check in online. When I made the reservation I selected pickup in the office instead of using mobile phone. If we are not allowed to have contact with an agent the only option should be pickup using mobile device. It took about 45 minutes to pickup the truck. This process should be smoother.

The virtual checkin was absolutely appalling; I was made to take my picture of my face 3 times, they asked for 3 contacts and each contact they called they verified. Asked if I brought my passport, “to u-haul”? Excuse me? No I didn't bring my passport as a form or ID separate from my drivers license. I wasted an hour of time talking to the various agents virtually that made my experience subpar. The location is fine, the staff inside were great and helpful, the truck was dirty, bugs over the entire windshield as well. Would I go to this location again? Perhaps.

The lady I was dealing with told me a f****** liar that I didn't have a reservation and she told me I have to have a card on file she does not accept cash even though I called Headquarters and pacifically asked that question can you take cash and they said yes and take a shower card if you'd like I don't take cash Care Corporation lying to me are you lying to me she like you want your f****** U-Haul not the whole time I felt unwelcome she treated me like a burden like it was a hassle for her to check me out and then fought with me on the reservation number I had to show her the picture of it and she still didn't believe I had it and then got mad that I didn't want to add the extra up sale stuff she acted like it was an issue that would like prevent me from having the truck worst experience ever with U-Haul

The cab had a lot of wear, but more so the inside of the cargo area of the truck was poorly swept out to which I noted on my self-check-in pictures.

The truck bed had dirt and water in it and using the app to submit pictures was frustrating and didn't work quickly or properly. The identification number was difficult to find on the truck I rented. Otherwise the experience was positive, as I had a tarp to put in the truck bed anyway.

You promised in writing that I could pick up at 9:30 AM on 1 March. You did not open until 11 AM making me late for the rest of the day's deadlines. That was expensive and I had to pay the extra expense. Never again U Haul.

I was charged for feel when I put fuel in the vehicle and put it to four when I dropped it off the vehicle felt like it was very unsafe to be driving all in all your apps situation makes it to where I will never rent a U-Haul ever again. I have now invested in a truck and a trailer of my own and will never do business with you guys ever again nor will I refer you thank you for being overcharged do not appreciate it.

I called to see if there was a cargo van available and about how much it rented for. Before I could get that information, I had to give my name, address, phone number, and email address. I felt uncomfortable giving out that information just to ask about their services.

When I made this reservation I specifically asked for a rental from 1401 E County Line Rd location because it's only 3 miles from my house. The person on the other end of the line (not a person at the location I requested mine you) said no problem. Well when I arrived at the 1401 E. County Line Rd location the person behind the desk told me the reservation was for a place about 10 miles away! Lucky they had a van at this location so I didn't have to drive to the other location. That's my only complaint about this reservation.

The rental process takes almost an hour with all sorts of online nonsense with a telephone app, sending pictures of driver's licenses insurance etc. Please just allow your local rep to manage this process just like you used to in times gone by. Ridiculous BS just to rent a truck - I did this in 10 -15 minutes before and will never again mess with this online garbage. The location is top notch and the people are friendly/helpful, so don't blame them for your dumb regulations.
