Of no fault of the location, the entire uhaul system was down when we had to pick up the truck! That led to an hour of nonsense trying to get it taken care of. The lady did her best, but for uhaul, a company who has thousands of people distributing your product from all over, you need to get that mess taken care of. It's ridiculous and unprofessional and waists the time of the people who are trying to pass along your product. That being said, this specific location was extremely cluttered and the office wasn't even with the truck. The truck was about two blocks away from where we had to check in and there was no parking due to an over crowded lot. I personally wouldn't go back because of the location and the parking inconvenience. The Lady who had to deal with us though, was very nice and sorry for the system failure even though that wasn't her fault. Plus-the truck was fantastic!

The location seemed like part U-Haul dropoff and part junkyard, so it's kind of hard to fairly critique the "clean and inviting," but the fellow was humorously polite and friendly (meant to be a compliment).
