Don't over charge, Don't quote when you're going to charge whatever you feel. If on rental you have free miles don't bill for the free miles after the rental is done. Would not recommend you haul Services again.

No help unhooking. No paper trail of the return. Lot it almost impossible to navigate. No attendant at return lot. I took pictures to protect myself. Lot in a high crime area.

The location where the trucks were parked was half a block away and across the street from the "office" so drop off was a bit confusing. Although I returned the truck a day or two ahead of schedule, I still got an email the following day reminding me to return my truck, so it appears the information on my return was not entered until few days later. Still, it was nice to have a return location close to where I was going- thanks for that!
The customer service was very good.
Took more than 90 minutes to rent trailer due to representative unfamiliarity with Uhaul rental portal (elsewhere, I've been in-and-out in less than 30 minutes). Furthermore, I had major issues with trailer wobble--later discovered that rear right tire had only 8psi...I hope this was an isolated incident, but the representative did not check tire pressure prior to releasing trailer to me. Major safety issue.
Was expensive for a 86 mile one way trip.
Lower the rates.!! Price was outrageous for me to rent a tow dolly for a 3 hour trip.!! And it was returned as soon as I got home.!!
Did not put in my drop Off location, so I couldn't drop off after hours online. I called customer service to help me and the lady was very rude. Not happy with my after hours customer service experience at all. If they can't help you after hours why have them available?
Not very happy with U-Haul. I was first told a location near me had a 10' truck on the date I needed. A couple of days before I needed the truck I was informed of different location , further away, would have the truck. I went to pick-up the 10" truck and the only thing he had was a15', a dirty dolly and no furniture pads.
The truck battery post is lose, it died on me several time and about half the the time I would have to pop the hood wiggle the battery post to get it to start
We were pressured into buying insurance which uhaul isn't licensed to sell. The truck wasn't swept when we picked it up. The steering wheel felt loose as we drove. The return location seemed to not want us to drop off the truck. The office we first rented from insisted that I would only be permitted to rent a uhaul if my husband's contact information was submitted (I was with my 26 year old son; my husband was in another state). This was insulting considering that in June, I had rented a uhaul truck in my home state of California. I'm outraged.
Owner was extremely helpful. Uhaul computer system didn't work. Owner had to phone Uhaul to have them enter transaction.
I first tried to rent from Kings Rental in Hennessy OK. I would appreciate someone from U-Haul contacting me because someone needs to make that experience right with me. Something is very wrong with using the 24/7 service on a mobile device at this location and I wasted ALOT of time and fuel and drive miles for nothing and also COULD NOT get any assistance from the woman on the other end of the line who I called while discovering this would not work. Employee auto enrolled me in insurance when i had denied it online. Assumed I wanted it without asking, had to catch it in the subtotal. Next time, querry the customer. I believe that's a requirement.
the price was $14 higher than quoted online. He added 50 plus dollars insurance without permission. Otherwise it was good.

Too many vehicles parked in a small lot. Not inviting at all. The office was not very clean and had to wait to even go into the office because of a dog having to be put away in another room. He did consent to sweep out the truck for us since we had not been told to do so; which we appreciated that task.
There was a bit of confusion as another U-haul location contacted me regarding the car dolly I added to the process. I'm not sure what could be done to avoid that in the future but it caused some angst that did not need to happen.
I did not like having to go on line to order a truck at location 12 miles from where I was moving from then end up going 140+ miles to get it then going back 140+ miles to load it then 140+ miles back to where I was moving to. I think you should have charged from closest location.
