I rented a uhaul on 6/11/23 and returned it back the same day. I had to call several times on the balance on my depending deposit, I received a receipt on 6/13/23 and still haven't received my refund funds back to my card. Today is 06/15/23 and still waiting on my refund.

The website is the worst. The website made me take 45 min and Glenn saved it….
Jake F.I did not interact much with the employee, simply handing them the key. The location is a problem though, the large trucks bottom out pulling into the lot, and you can not pull a truck and trailer into the lot. We had to disconnect the trailer from the truck in the street, and use out pickup to pull it in. I would not recommend this location for anything larger than a small van.
