This location is not ideal. It doesn't seem safe even though I know it is. It's not very inviting.

I was quoted and reserved for a truck at $89 but was charged $127 for some reason? I questioned it in uhaul chat but they ended chat before helping leaving me hanging.
Edward DCargo van was muddy in the back. Front was also dirty. Agent told me I could not use my debit card with a Mastercard logo even though the site said I could. There are signs in the store/gas station saying no debit card, which is not true. I will go to the main U-Haul next time.
NATASHIA MIt was OK. Online it said they didn't have a 10 ft truck but they had one. So basically I was being overcharged by making me take a 15 ft truck. Then there was less gas in it than stated by the owners. So I wouldn't rent from that location again.1/4 of a tank when I got it. I never rented a uhal and had to put gas in it before I even used it before.
