I will never use this uhaul location again. The owner of the gas station requires the clerk to cease all uhaul functions every time a gas station customer goes to the counter. Therefore, every 5 minutes the clerk who is conducting uhaul business will stop and spend 5 minutes at the counter checking others out. I was left waiting to conduct uhaul business up to ten times. That is 50 minutes of waiting. The vulgar language that was blasting on the store speakers made the waiting worse. This is an absolute horrible location and I will be following up with the BBB. Please, assess this location and consider removing uhaul from this business. The owner of the gas station is out of his/her mind. This is not a reflection on the clerk, who is just following instructionsROGER L.

This truck was very uncomfortable to drive. There are no adjustments for a person who is short to drive this truck. The seats is way too low. And there are no adjustments to make the seat go up or down. This truck needs a better adjustable seat so that the driver can adjust it so he can drive very comfortable. Also this truck drove really rough .I was really sore after getting out of the truck. . Although I think the price was right. This truck could stand a lot of improvements. When I got there I was rudely notified that my truck was not there. He refused to help me in anyway. He could of called me to let me know my truck wasn't there . I was on hold for over an hour before I was able to talk to someone. To get another truck which was smaller. I was not told what time the place was closed . I assumed it was open. It wasn't. I was going to get gas there so I couldn't fill it back up. It. Took me late into the night to do the closing because it took 1 hour and half. To get someone on the phone. That business shouldn't represent Uhaul. They give you a bad name.ROBERT R.

The return process wasn't well explained, which led to my brother dropping off the truck without me there (he was the driver, I placed the order). I had to call the location to fix the issue and somehow 2 things that we didn't move at all ended up in the truck costing us a cleaning fee. Definitely was scammed out of that.Jason F.

Maybe go over the rules with customers before letting them drive off with the vehicle? The van we recently rented smelled like smoke, the cab was pretty dirty and the passenger seat was covered in dog hair. I tried calling Express Petro to let them know about the cleanliness issue but no one answered. Luckily when I returned the vehicle I was able to explain it to the representative. He was very understanding and disappointed the situation wasn't handled before I rented the van. Apparently they would have charged the prior renter a $30 cleaning fee; but for what cleaning? I've never had an issue like this before and I will continue renting uhauls in the future from this facility. A small hiccup won't deter me! I'm just glad they understood it was not me who dirtied the van & didn't charge me! Van runs very nicely by the way. Plenty of space for what we were moving.Alexis H.

Explain to customer ahead of time, if you are renting the truck at 5:30-6:00pm time & are told you get the truck for 6 hrs or 24 hrs it should be the same price...but the clerk says we close at 9:30pm...if you do not have the truck back before closing at 9:30pm. We are going to charge a convenience charge of $20 after hour fee...wtf?? I have never heard of this. I have always dropped the truck off in prestine condition, & put the keys in the key drop box if they close after I return the rental...& than My account is charged accordingly. Very disappointed in this location. I had this truck for approximately 5 hrs, less than 6 hrs. I dropped it off on 8/4/2021 at 11:15 pm. They never checked the truck all day. I get a call at 6:15 pm this evening on 8/5/2021 asking where their truck is. I said the truck is sitting in your lot since last night. I get a hang up. Very unprofessional. Not cool. Get rid of the Ford uhauls, the chevy truck I rented earlier this year was great. Nothing wrong with the Ford other than the fact that it's a Ford and the steering is loose. It's not Express Petro's fault just a Ford problemAlexis H.

First I asked to have my husband added as a driver. She insisted she upload his drivers license to her phone. The wo-do reception in the store would not allow me or my husband to do so. We allowed her to do it and I I am very worried that she has his DL on her personal phone. The rate was advertised at 19.99/day. When I went to pick up the van I was told I had to have it back in 2 hours. While I did put 2 hours on my reservation, it was an estimate not a definite. When I indicated it might take longer, the clerk was rude and disparaging telling me she couldn't rent it to me and I better have it back if she did. I will never rent from usual again.Wilson M.
The truck smelled like smoke. It had an empty bag of chips in the truck. I never received my dolly that I paid $7 for and NEEDEDâ€¦. I have yet received my $7 refund. No one will respond to me. Not very happy with uHaul.Tyler M.

Van had food/drink mess in the front area. Someone left behind a hair tie and some trash. Back of van had some debris but was clean enough to use. I returned the van during business hours but the employee still made me do my own turn in on my mobile phone rather than walking out and checking the vehicle with me.Cory H.

Put dolly's in the van when ordered, provide customers with the right van key, clear vans off (free of snow and ice) when customers arrive to pick them up. Be more accommodating and polite.Paige C.

This is a good and convenient location. The wait times are terrible as they run a gas and/or convenience store so the wait time is terrible as there is usually only one employee. I have rented there a dozen times and that part of the rental experience has never changed.JACKIE J.

Busy location due to service gas station.I had to wait at least 30 min to pick up rental and 45 min to have veh rental drop off process completed. I disagreed with the starting gas needle marker; However did not want to reenter the station and wait another 30 min for attendant to recheck and reprocess. Since I was already delayedEric H.
Have the vehicles fuel filled up to full, with the customer refilling to maintain a full tank. Resolves any conflict of not fueling enough or too much to maintain odd level at rental agreement.andrea R.

The young woman working at this location was wonderful but she was the only one working a store full of people who were getting angrier by the minute. The owner kept calling her due to watching her on camera. A second person working would be so much better and less stress for all.Natalie D.

The fees and charges were never explained to us. When I called to extend each day I was only told it would be an additional 40.00. So I thought I would be charged an extra 120. NOT 370!! What a rip off and very deceitful.Louis W.
Had to back out blindly into the street with no spotter. Truck should have been backed into the spot not pulled in. This could cause unnecessary problems and a accident. I am a CDL driver. Couldn't image someone that wasn't familiar with the truck and size trying to back up into the street with no help and can't see if there is traffic coming.
