I purchased mattress covers that supposedly had an "inner seal" which implies that these are sealing covers. They are not. Sealing them with tape does not count as having an inner seal. This is false advertising. I will definitely rent trucks from UHaul again, but I will never buy supplies again and I will tell others the same.

1. Issue with truck. The check engine light came on halfway through my trip. 2. Rental location screwed up paperwork and overcharged me. 3. Customer service: called twice and had to wait more than 30 minutes each time before a customer service representative answered. This was WAY TOO long. 4. Took two weeks to resolve the over-charged amount. 5. After resolving the billing issue, two weeks later I was charged a second time for the expenses. 6. In conclusion, I have rented

We had scheduled a week in advance for truck rental, pickup scheduled for 12 noon. When we got there, there was a sign in the window that said "gone to the bank, be back soon". We waited along with another customer for an hour. We decided to get lunch and come back, sign still in the window, long story short we drove all the way home assuming we weren't going to get the truck. At 3:05 I called (5th call) and the man finally answered. I don't know about you...but it doesn't take me 3hrs to go to the bank. VERY ANGRY at that point, we had to drive from North East back to Elkton again, when you are moving everything has to be planned out ahead of time, and we did. He was very unconcerned about the issue.

Have a clean well maintained truck ready. The truck I rented was dirty inside and out. The truck had bad wipers and the box had a terrible smell in it that had a air freshener in the box when picked up. Pickup location was notified. The truck was out of gas when picked up and was told I would get credit on gas,on any overage from pickup. Make sure return location times are correct on your web site. Had to drop off in a unsafe location that was closed.

The online reservations were confusing and it was hard to tell which sites the auto trailer was available at. i had to make a call and be transfered to scheduling in order to make a change to my pick up time. both the people at the site and on the phone were helpful.
