There is no jack on the trailer. I strained my lower back pretty bad getting the trailer off of my truck by myself. I think it's absurd that there are no jacks on your trailers.

The vehicle was difficult to /wouldn't start and the sale person (who knew I had been there since 8am) came in at 8:47, made me wait outside in the rain until after 9am AND even after I told him the vehicle wouldn't start and that's the only reason I was still there, he still continued to carry on with his routine! Never again

No gas station close by that's easy to pull into with a giant truck. We were charged $94 because of this when we were only a couple gallons short of the gas level we received it.

I love the location. My rep / Mike, very nice guy. However whoever had the van before needs to be charged. The inside was filty. Looks like they used the van to transport sod. We were pulling drums and equipment off a stage. We all opened the back and had second thoughts. It was not a good loadout. Not a good day.

This location was very helpful, however National had several bumps in communication. I was scheduled to pick-up at one location originally, however that changed and then they started e-mailing me with different jobs that they would like me to tow to the state I was going. I didn't want the responsibility for other people's stuff. Then the started changing were my drop-off point was. This was very irritating. I would possibly recommend them but with some reservation.

Please stop using CaddyCrew302@gmail.com. A guy who helped me moved from this company was disrespectful . Used profanity towards me after showing up two and a half hours late. In addition, My Godfinger Shannon 24% lead crystal 12 piece wine goblets was stolen in addtion to my wedding gown. They were paid in advance and I had to endure such cruelty. What a nightmare , I would not recommend them to move not even pets.

Dave was great easy to work with and fast. Didn't catch the other fellows name but had me waiting for over an hour for a tow dolly and then it was hooked up incorrectly I got pulled over for no lights!!! Thanks guy!

Charged me an extra day for being two hours late and charged me for two gallons of gas even though it had exactly the same amount of fuel as when I picked it up. I had photos to prove it but my wife said to just let it go.

Made pick up arrangements more than 24hrs in advance. I get to the Next Level lawn maintenance 11mins early, no one there and building was locked up. Call U-haul to find another location 10mins up the road from the first pick-up. I get to A-Storage Depot at 4:52pm. They close at 5pm to be greeted with David the owner having to deal with his attitude and unprofessionalism cause he wanted to close early. I apologized twice for his company having to deal with the trailer. If the sub-contractors don't like dealing with customers for rentals then U-haul should find sub-contractors else where.

They didn't pick up the phone when I called to ask if I could arrive 30 minutes later than I selected to pick up the Uhaul.

The equiptment has a broken drivers side seat belt which made this journey extremely difficult. I had to pull it with all my might to get it to come out and latch, then I found out it would not retract back into place nor keep me secure in my seat unless I manually tightened it. It would come loose again with every forward motion to check traffic or reach for my water :(

I had no problems. Very happy with the experience. It might have been nice to be better able to judge how much gas I needed to fill the vehicle better. Maybe making it known how many miles per gallon the truck was rated would help.

Truck cab was dirty from previous renter. Cracked windshield and only 1/8th tank of gas. Truck was supposed to be out of service. Not the owners fault as Uhaul gave him short notice about my rental.

I was not advised about the return process by the Rep at the desk. Upon me returning the gate was not opened so I called the desk three times. The Rep sat and watched me from the window and he did not pick up the phone to offer assistance. I will never use this location again.

The worker helping us was absolute rude and irate. He was banging his hands on desk, banging his fingers on his keyboard and mouse, told us we were ridiculous, and huffed and puffed the whole time. I would never recommend anyone to this location. We were in a jam during moving and needed a uhaul last minute. After his temper tantrum of a hissy fit I was finally able to rent the uhaul and continue with my move. Horrible horrible experience at this place with this team member.

When I picked up the Truck and the car towing dolly, the lights on the dolly did not work. We were able to troubleshoot and found out that a 20 Amp fuse had blown out. Please note that the representative was helpful in resolving the situation and minimizing the time I had to spend waiting to fix the problem. Once I got vehicle loaded up and was on the road and had to turn the light on I noticed that the tailor lights were out again. I stopped at an Advanced Auto Parts store and bought two more 20 Amp fuses and replaced what I thought was the bad fuse. This did not correct the problem so I turned on the hazard lights on in the towed vehicle and proceeded on. I called UHAUL Road side assistance and informed them of the situation. I pulled over at the rest stop outside DC on 95 south and contacted U-Haul Road Side assistance found while I was on wait I found that another 20 Amp fuse had burnt out (Not the same fuse from earlier) I discussed this with the U-Haul representative and informed them that I was moving on and would get a fuse at the next automotive shop I came to. I received a call from the the U-Haul Technician while I was on 495 and the U-Haul technician called and asked me to meet him. I turned around on 495 and meet up with him approximately 20 miles the opposite direction. The technician and I were able to replace the burnt out fuse. Once that was done the technician determined the root cause to be a defective light on the tailor itself. The turn signals, break lights and right side running light worked so I decided to proceed on and was able to finally get to the destination and unload the truck. the tailor was obviously old but the ratchet mechanism was rusted and barely functioning. I was able to free it up by spraying lubricant on it. Bottom line not pleased with my experience at all. I would like to be contacted to discuss this further and discuss a rebate for the additional mileage and the tailor itself. Please contact me at 443-206-0518
