I was charged a cleaning fee of $25 and the truck wasn't clean on the inside previous renter wasted soda everywhere. But it didn't give me the option at the end to say that during equipment check-in.truck was returned cleaned and swept out . The U-Haul equipment check link expired due to mobile data issues. Could not fill it out .but took pics of truck before and after.could not upload. Wasn't sure how to document after that.

I leased a 10' box truck expecting to have a ramp. Trucks without a ramp means I had to load everything by hand instead of using my dolly which made my moving experience very difficult. I put twice as much gas as required hoping to get a reimbursement but they declined it.
