The gas gauge was at 3/4 tank. I only drove 13 miles, so not much gas was used. I put in $10 and fuel level was more than what I started out with and they wouldn't credit me for the overage. I shouldn't have put in any gas and they wouldn't have noticed. Hard lesson learned.

Very long wait to be helped initially, only 1 person and 5 people in line. Upon being helped was told to go to tent to pickup trailer. Got to tent and waited 15 minutes, no one came to help. Had to go back in and ask for help again, then the guy called someone and prompted him to come help. Still took 5 minutes for guy to show up. Dropping off experience was lacklustre, same issue where there was no one there to help check in trailer. Took 15 minutes for a guy to come and help. Made me wait for someone else who arrived after me, to pick up a new trailer rental. Contract was not submitted when I left, no proof it was checked in when it was supposed to have been so I just had to rely on the person doing it to properly do their jobs. Do not recommend this location.
Employ enough employees when there are several trucks booked so people can get on there way expediently. We waited a long time to get our truck.
Customer service is poor, told before booking can help load up vehicle on auto trailer, but waiting 1 hour, ask customer service ,said have to wait other customer finished then pay to change contact. I have to driving 1000km that day, but for trailer total spent 90 minutes
Easy and quick. The manager, Robyn, is awesome.
Was given under 1/4 of fuel. Truck was dirty inside. There was crushed pot in center console. Front window was dirty, was very hard to see. i have rented from u-haul many times and have never given 1/4 of fuel. Staff should have looked at front window. If they check inside of truck they would have seen pot in console.
Everything was positive both customer care and vehicle selection. I'm sure I'll recommend it to my friends and I'll go back again for business with Uhaul.
The female representative you had there stated that we could only have the truck until 6:45 a.m. because there were reservations on it, but yet when we dropped it off the gentleman told us there was no reservations on it and we could have taken it again but we would have had to pay the price we paid the day before again. So he said we could keep it but by that time we didn't have any help to move more. We were up until midnight moving the night before. When we were coming back Google took us out of the way hence why we got to talk to someone at the branch when we dropped it off at 7 a.m.
All good, unit worked well and return went good.
All of the staff at the west end location were friendly helpful and gave excellent customer service. I couldn't lift the dolly's that we rented they loaded them into the vehicle for me, we ended up not needing to use them. The staff also unloaded them for me. It was a welcome experience as after dealing with the location at 11335 Kingsway avenue I was not wanting to deal with Uhaul again. If all of your employees were like your west end location your company would be perfect. I hope you give the employees at the West location the recognition they deserve, in my opinion they are the best workers in their positions, especially in these times.
Why are so many people upset at top notch service? These people spend hundreds of thousands of dollars just so you can show up and demand a $50,000 vehicle to move your stuff and then complaint you had to wait 20 minutes? Get your head out of your A&T. I showed up on time. I returned on time. I paid the price I was told I was to pay. So what is your problem? You cannot do math? Ok they do it for you. The day I returned my rental the company had a return where the renter had I dead body in it. Your are seriously going to complain about your 15 minute delay? STFU! Please grow up.

Although there was some weathering to the outershell of the trailer and only one market light out, hitch equipment, door/latch and tires were in great shape. Staff were in a good mood and great to deal with. Although I didn't get my original pickup location, this is the second time I've had this location and they have always been great.
Staff was fast and friendly and the truck was all ready when I arrived. I wasn't sure that my online check-in worked but a staff member from Uhaul called me and confirmed everything. It took the stress off a stressful move. I also appreciated the option to hire a 2 person moving team! The guys from Champion were professional and great to work with. Thanx to all
i booked a 10" truck and a dolly to be picked up at 8am in the morning at one location and they said that they didnt have a what i wanted and booked me with different location. When i got there they werent even open and no trucks of any size. i called head office and they were kind enough the to connect me wth the location on 154 111 ave. The only thing is that i booked a dolly and never got one. I called head office again and they took it off my bill.

have a complete check list of accessories, for instance I could have a couple of bracing bars to prevent load from shifting, but was unaware until after I had obtained truck. Have the representative review when booking.
My only issue was that I had requested blankets and a dolly and neither were provided. I was also charged for additional insurance without requesting it.
Why aren't all of your employees wearing masks? Don't they legally have to wear masks indoors? We are in a pandemic, that's so irresponsible and shows lack of respect for others. Also only one employee seemed to be working when I was there. The overweight, maskless female sat on the computer making phone calls the entire time when there were numerous customers waiting that she kept trying to avoid looking at. Uhaul is a frustrating environment where it feels like your employees hate their jobs and customers are always waiting or having issues. I've never had good customer service at any uhaul location, it seems like an unhealthy environment. I just use uhaul once every few years if I have to move and that's enough for me
Check behind the middle seat in the truck next time. There was a McDonald's garbage and a used mask behind there.
Check alignment of vehicles for long Km trips.
wait time on callin reservations way to long and also the line ups in the location . you make me wait in line for an hour and then charge an additional cost for late return?
It's a very busy location and the staff did well buy that were obviously running their asses off so if you could add a staff or to on the front end...it would make your workers jobs more enjoyable...just my opinion
