Long line up for customer service, not enough staff to handle volume of customers at this location. I had to hook up the trailer on my own without any help from Uhaul staff. Rented an auto hauler a week earlier from a different location. Uhaul representative connected the trailer and was removed from vehicle when returned.Daniel G.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Stayed on hold (on the phone) for about an hour only to be hung up on. Decided to drive over. Waited in line for approximately 20 minutes and then got to talk to someone at the desk. Took about 25 minutes to rent an appliance dolly as the employee had issues with the system and couldn't figure out how to take my $10 payment. Meanwhile the other customers were getting restless because of the long wait. The next day the dolly was returned. This meant waiting in line for another 45 minutes while the same employees were still having system issues with other clients. Once I got to talk to someone my rental contract couldn't be found in the system even if I had brought proof of payment from the previous day. It took an additional 15 minutes to figure out where the contract was. I'm not sure if the system used is out dated or if the employees need more training but this type of customer service will lead to a considerable amount of business loss. I will go out of my way in the future not to use Uhaul because of that experiencephilippe M.

It was extremely unorganized from start to finish. The location listed on the website I wanted didn't have my product I requested. Then they asked for a different location via phone call post my request already being submitted, on the day for my pick up they call 20 minutes before my arrival time to switch locations again. I arrived and there was a line up of people (why schedule pick up times if the volume can't be accomplished) I also got a hidden fee of some kind post drop off. I did a self checkout with pictures (so deposit should be given back in full via check) however the app stated i owed money. If i pay for my unit in full including taxes, I return on my own (no convenience charge) why would I still be paying a fee? This company is disorganized and will charge for everything. The rental equipment was great. Additional time spent with a rather incompetent counter person wasn't so great. It took 3 times longer at the counter than it typically does in my experience with UHaul. We did have to wait more than 15 minutes due to capacity restrictions, but that wasn't really the issue. I also don't like that UHaul now expects the customer to provide their drivers license via a photo and upload to a website. Rentals are not cheaper, yet UHaul now has the customer do half the job of processing the rental. If this is only happening now due to non-contact protocols during COVID then fine, but the staff should inform the customers of this rather than just snapping orders. Other than that I am perfectly satisfied with UHaul and the trailer I needed.Angelina Z.

It took a half hour to get the trailer. There was only one person taking care of the customers getting trailers. The yard is so tight he had to move another trailer to help the customer in front of me. Then I got the trailer and an employee called me asking me to return the trailer.Lyle K.

This is the second time I use a beaten up truck (exact same truck). If in the parking lot there might be a dozen of newer trucks, why do you still give the most aged/used one to customers and not the best/newest one?Thiago B.
