I selected in person pickup! Get to the location they were closed had to do the online pickup, which by the way was horrible! Kept getting errors couldn't properly do the check in. I was not happy! Check out was just as bad! Next time read what your clients want and not assume! Not happy!

We needed a trailer light adapter and it would have been handy for the location to have one on hand to purchase vs having to go get one and come back. Would recommend that the coverages for the rental trailer be better explained on what they cover.
