Sarah in Eden Valley, MN was great. I had to deal with U-Haul for over a 2 week period becasue of U-Haul mistakes and extreem lack of communication. Sarah was the only person at U-Haul that seemed genuinely concerned to make sure I was taken care of.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulA ramp on that trailer would have been nice. Other than that everything was great.
Lyle KProblem was they had the same trailer I need for the day that was there before I rented and was still there when I dropped off. I had to pick up over 30 miles away. So I had to pay for. 1 way rental
Dirk AThis is the third location I went to pick up a trailer. They were great and would go back. The first location I went to pick up a trailer, it had cuts out of the tires, they couldn't get them fixed. Sent me to another location, that was closed. Then the next day had to go to a 3rd location to get a trailer. Spent an extra 3+ hour driving around to get a trailer. In the end, would not go back to the first two places, and would absolutely go back to this location.
PETER KMy pick up for my truck got moved to this location. The mobile pick up process was a headache and had to call regional office to get Uhaul.
