Have 2 people check in renters. Ben was extremely busy, with 5 people waiting he did great handling 2 customers at once but there was still a 15 minute wait. U-haul need to hang on to Ben, he’s one of their greatest assets as far as customer service goes.

The place is under construction, and only the new manager was available to help. It was a Saturday of a holiday weekend, so that is reasonable. The manager was very professional, and ver curious, making sure that we customers were happy. I’m sure it will be great when the new building is done.

Crowded parking lot. I was not able to make a reservation at noon, had to take a earlier time, when I arrived they did not have the trailer I needed, ended up waiting until noon and a trailer came in. Understaffed, but the employee that did a great job

I had reserved a moving truck for 11AM Sunday the 30th. I get there right on time and there's a line out the lot of people returning vehicles. I ended up waiting for at least an hour and 15 minutes before the only employee finally started to help me. I understand he was alone, but he clearly should not have been both because of the sheer volume of people moving on the last weekend and day of the month (obviously a busy time for a moving truck company) and because he clearly wasn't very experienced. I watched him unhook a trailer from a man's truck, start to walk away, then the trailer slowly rolled into the customer's truck (gently, but it could have been way worse.) I don't mean this to sound mean, but the employee also had very poor hygiene/a severe odor, and all customers had to spend a ridiculous amount of time in the current office, which is a small trailer, with the smell. When I addressed how long I had been waiting, the employee said he'd give me a discount if he could, but that he didn't know how to. When asked about a discount on insurance, he said he couldn't do that but what he COULD do was... not give me insurance? He phrased it like he was helping me out, but I absolutely wanted insurance and I was almost unaware that he was going forward with the transaction without it until I clarified further later. All in all, this was a terrible experience with Uhaul and I was not given an inch of a discount or pleasant interaction that would have at least slightly compensated me for waiting for over an hour even with a reservation. I will likely not use this company again.

I got there and it was a horrible maze to move around. An employee did not show up to work it took 1 hour to get our truck. The computer system was own. My dolly was not put in my truck and I had to go back and get a dolly myself. After we returned the truck we left something in the truck and the agent did NOT clean out the truck before re-renting it. Will think about going to another Uhaul location next time.

There was a long wait to pick up the truck and the experienced employee didn't take customers in the order they arrived. If the experienced employee had just stayed to help with the computer and the new person, it would have moved along much faster.

The truck was fine, however the extra key that we got did not work on the padlock for the back. Since I wasn’t able to lock the back I had to drive the uhaul much more than I planned to (could have used my car instead) but I didn’t want to leave all of my stuff unlocked and unattended. When I dropped the truck off I explained the problem to your employee since I had so many extra miles and all he said was, “Weird”. The problem was never resolved and I’m assuming many of your other customers had the same issue.

Be careful when it comes to the billing aspect of U-Haul. Make sure you closely monitor their actions. I reserved a truck online put in my card information and upon arrival was told that it was declined and needed to put down another card. Said card was then the one billed upon return of equipment. I was told other card would not be billed due to it being declined. Followed up a few days later and was told by Uhaul that the declined card only had a hold on it and to check with my financial institution. In doing so, I found out that was a complete lie and that they had already withdrawn that amount before I even spoke with the agent that said they showed it was on hold. When I contacted Uhaul to let them know that information I was then told that they did credit the card but put credit on the other card . I highly recommend you look elsewhere for any kind of truck rental just due to the issue of them not being able to handle a simple transaction properly and the fact that THEY LIE.

Renting from this local UHaul is a much more professional experience than the local Enterprise where they demand your credit card before giving the final price while asking for your signature on the price without first allowing you any choice of charges such as collision etc etc ... I willingly pay more for the honest pricing at UHaul .

Hassle to schedule the type of unit to rent due. For confirmation of rental times be easier to call the store and fix schedule inconsistencies.

The yard was PACKED full of vehicles so made it hard to pull trailer out. Didn't help another customer parked in the way. But...not a bad thing because I know they will have what I need in stock for next time. The guy that checked us out was great to work with!! Very nice
