provide the truck I asked for..a 26 foot truck was reserved and I ended up with a 20 foot truck/. This resulted in an extra trip to pick up the remainder of my belongings and also in return cost me more money. They did say there was a 26 foot truck in Ripley, but that was a long way from Newbern to pick up a truck. So overall, it was not a good experience.

I have rented multiple uhauls. This was the 1st and only time I’ve had the associate come outside and check my vehicles lights and confirm everything was working properly. He actually found a blown fuse in the running light that had to be fixed before the rental was signed off to me.

The return center was closed and you couldn’t reach someone with the number that was posted on the door. And when the agent finally returned my call a few hours later, he informed me I was late and that I owed for fuel that I clearly refueled befor I returned the equipment. I will never rent Uhaul again!!!

I feel if you are renting a truck then the dolly should be included. It's sad that a company that big penny and times it's customers because you know that we need the use of dollies. I can understand the boxes, bubble wrap, ect... However like most people we had to scrap every penny we had to rent the uhaul because of having to move then being charged additional $10.00 to use a dolly that was just sad to be charged that much when even 5.00 would be enough plus a company as big as uhaul would still make plenty of money.

The problems I had were not with this location, they are corporate. I had reserved a 20' truck for July 5 to be picked up in Jonesboro, AR. I was informed on July 3 that I would be getting a 15' truck instead. This was not acceptable, so they told me to go to Kennett, MO to get my 20' truck (which they reserved for me). I could NOT pick it up early, as they were closed, adding hours to my moving day. So, on July 5 I drive to Kennett, MO to find no truck. They could not find a 20' truck for me, but located a 26' truck in Dyersburg, TN. I drove to Dyersburg and got that truck, adding even more hours to my already late moving day. On top of it all, I was charged for a 26' truck. This was a miserable experience, causing a cascade of problems resulting in a terribly quickly and poorly packed truck (causing more problems on both ends of the move). This was literally the worst move (and I have moved a lot) of my life.

My only issue is they we reserved the truck with an appliance dolly a month in advance. Yet there wasn’t an appliance dolly to be found when we picked up our truck. We had to buy one elsewhere.

Give enough mileage to get from pickup location, to close load position, to close unload position and drop off location without haggling. Original milage from uhaul pickup to drp off position only.

The man that helped me when u returned my uhaul around 11:30 was so friendly and super helpful. Wish I could remember his name. I would recommend this U-Haul location to anyone because of him and the convenience of the 24 hr pick up. Great customer service
