I was directed to choose a drop off location that turned out to be quite inconvenient

Agent was rude. The app didn’t work and actually took longer than going inside. First truck wasn’t in the lot, and second truck was on E with a 100 mile discrepancy. Finally went inside and they changed it. Worst experience ever. Took 30 minutes.

I was given open trailer 12 by 6 with no lift to ease it on and off my truck. I called to notify them and ask if they can exchange it since I am dropping it of after hour and will not be able to physically un hook it from my truck safely. The only thing they can do is come the next day when they open. I had to miss work to get it there the next day. For the safety reason this trailer should not be rented for customers. Someone with no knowledge wold try to lift that manually and harm themselves.

I was very pleased with the excellent service. They were very efficient, helpful, and polite. They did not waste any time and worked very fast. I would highly recommend this moving company.

Fix the process in the mobile pick-up option. I waited 30 minutes to get approval after I input all of my information. The purpose of the mobile functionality is to make it easy and fast on the renter right? The front desk help had no idea what was going on. Make that process transparent with the employees at the location and remote.

Set up rental online, but still had to wait to fill out paperwork, and then wait again just to return truck. Truck was fine, just took too long.

I was very upset this morning when I arrived at the chapel hill location for an 8am pick up. The truck was not accessible also no one was on site. Luckily I called customer service and they found a truck at the location named above , also I was advised due to the inconvenience I’d be receiving $50 back.

The truck was exceptionally clean and ran great. No problems and the customer service was fantastic.

The staff was very helpful, from answering questions about the pickup to helping with supplies to finishing the checkout process for me. My only complaint is that even though I arrived a little after my scheduled time, the truck was at the back of the lot rather than somewhere more accessible, which made it hard to find (I opted for the self check-in). Also, it was parked between two other trucks, which made it challenging to check for damages and take pictures.

If someone rents for a day (24 hours) don't put a return time of four hours on their rental contract! Its dangerous in that it subconsciously makes a person think they have to rush returning when they actually have 24 hours!

The evening crew of 3 should not sit around checking their phones while the customer, told by the sign to wait in the truck, waits, and waits, and waits. And then they not only don’t apologize but look like you’re a nut for asking for them to get to work and check you out. (I told the morning clerk I didn’t like using the app because I like people to keep their jobs. Might have to reconsider that if the majority of the crew is as unwilling to help as this evening’s crew.)
