Was super disappointed to get a call less than 24 hours before pick up to be told the Pittsboro location I reserved the truck at days earlier did not have the truck for me. I had to get a ride to the Durham location 25 min away and add unnecessary time and mileage to my trip just to collect my rental.JENNIFERREED W.
Van interior had not been cleaned but a staff member cleaned it promptly and willingly, which I appreciated. Only complaint: I was charged a $20 after-hours return fee even though I completed all instructions texted to me for after-hours return. Next time I will use a company that charges $10 more up front but no return fee.KENNETH J.

Being a large center is good and you had a lot of selection. Your customer service on the other hand was very poor. The person helping me, while knowledgeable, was managing two phone lines, two cash registers and training a new guy on a third. The line was long and getting longer. In addition to renting a trailer I rented a storage space as well that was reserved ahead of time. He didn't have time to find the reservation so he made a new one, but with the wrong size. I had to wait in the long line again to get it fixed. Nice guy, but way overworked and that caused lots of confusion as he spread his attention over too many places.Kurt W.

Everyone who worked there was very nice and went out of their way to help. Only problem was it was way understaffed and took a while to get service at times. This is a management problem and they should be hiring more people, especially for the time when lots of people are moving into town!COLIN M.
This location took $73.01 off my cars at the time of pick up. Then when I used another card to pay the remaining upon return they charged me the original amount, and additional mileage. So I was charged twice. I've called 10 times to correct this issue staying in the phone for what seems like hours with no answer. I am very displeased with this experience.Jalisa T.

Agent switched my drop-off reservation from the location I wanted to "flexible." When I went to my intended drop-off (where the initial reservation was), they wouldn't accept the return.
