I dropped off on a Sunday. The hours posed on the door indicated they were open. The door was locked. No signs of where to leave equipment.

I was there at 8:00 a.m. to drop off - but U-Hual employee, Rhonda, did not show up until 15/20 minutes later ... Time is money, and I feel like I was the one that lost money.

the woman inside working the counter could be a little more pleasant. second time my partner has gone inside to rent from this location, and both times he has come out saying how pleasantness she is

First of all, you need to revamp your reservation system. It should be easy to do via phone app, website, or by phone. It should be one step, with one process for uploading information. I had to call a national rep, then I got an email telling me to call a local rep, then I got a text asking me to call to confirm. Each time involved regurgitating the same info over and over again. Then, when I show up, it's as if nothing had happened - had to repeat the same information over and over again. The woman working at this location is grumpy and hardly acknowledges your presence. I walked in to tell her I had a reservation and her response is "not through me you don't". Well, turns out I did. I tried to rent a van and was told it would be $0.69/mile. They had no van, but a truck, and they said it would be the same cost (since they didn't have what I requested). When I get back I was charged $0.79/mile. I tried calling customer service and was told they would investigate and call me back. No call back. We were happy to have the truck but the whole reservation process was terrible. I also had no recourse because my initial reservation did not specify the agreed upon terms, which was $0.69/mile. You should confirm the financial terms of the contract upon completion of the reservation.

The phone reservation was great. I just had to take 5 minutes to check in at the office, gkt hooked up and was ready to go. It was also helpful to use the user videos the night before.over all great experience.

I rented a one way truck and was told I had to return it to the rental place and got charged the mileage to return it! I moved to farmington from Hesperus what if I moved out of state!!! This is why you have the option for one way! I am outraged and feel cheated and stolen from it is 58 Miles back to Durango from my home in Farmington!

Where I ended up renting the truck was great but where I made my reservation in Bayfield was awful. They took my reservation and all of my info but never got the truck and didn't call me to tell me that it wasn't going to be there.

This process went a lot smoother than I initially thought it would (although, this was my first U-Haul experience). The gal at the front counter took very good care of us and was very knowledgeable in her position.

Lady was rude and unfriendly. Didn't explain anything, didn't talk much and the place was super dirty. The other lady talked who was part of the garage but the Uhaul lady didn't say much. I wasn't supposed to pick up here. I was supposed to be picking up in my hometown. But for some reason they couldn't take a truck 60mins closer to me.

Furniture pads were miscounted by operator so I had to pay for 3 missing pads at drop-off. My bad for not counting them at pickup, it seems.

Terrible. Terrible, rude lady. Trucks are parked very far away- down a sloped gravel road. That is unsafe to walk down there. The trucks should be easily accessible. I didn’t even book this location because it is so bad, but my reservation was moved there. Just terrible.

Was skipped in line for their non uhaul portion of their business. Contract states there was 1/2 tank when there was only 3/8. Terribly unorganized and inattentive to details.

very hard to find. Dirty office. Staff was friendly enough though. I had a blowout in the middle of nowhere and had to buy a new tire for $80. I expressed concern about the lack of a spare tire, and they said its just because Uhaul is too cheap.

The location’s office at a storage facility was a bit hard to find. Hand- lettered signs pointed the way. I realize that Colorado standards are not the same as the dropoff locstion in Plano, Texas; so I have no issue with the pivking up. The lady in the office was cordial and efficient.

There was a lot of trash in the truck and now I have to pay for that to be thrown out. I don't think that's fair it makes me mad. I took a picture of it and the woman on the phone acted like it was no big deal. What are we going to do about this?
