very hard to find. Dirty office. Staff was friendly enough though. I had a blowout in the middle of nowhere and had to buy a new tire for $80. I expressed concern about the lack of a spare tire, and they said its just because Uhaul is too cheap.

The location’s office at a storage facility was a bit hard to find. Hand- lettered signs pointed the way. I realize that Colorado standards are not the same as the dropoff locstion in Plano, Texas; so I have no issue with the pivking up. The lady in the office was cordial and efficient.

There was a lot of trash in the truck and now I have to pay for that to be thrown out. I don't think that's fair it makes me mad. I took a picture of it and the woman on the phone acted like it was no big deal. What are we going to do about this?

Both the rep and I waited and waited for your computer screen to behave. My data was entered several times with no progress beyond that. Finally the rep tried a different approach which worked. Other than that things were fine.

The mobile check in was a great idea but it would have been awesome to know what to expect ahead of time. It took my husband and I multiple texts, phone calls, drives around town, and 45 minutes to check out our truck.

Trailer had quite a bit of dirt & such debris inside. We depended the employee's description of it's being clean. No big deal, but we turn our rentals back to UHaul clean. This was the first time this has happened, and we will come back to American Std. Great place. Have used them twice a year for rental/return for the last 6 years. Good folks.

I have no problems with the location and the staff there were excellent. However the online experience was terrible. I could not acess on my phone, I could not download my receipt on my computer afterwards. I'm not tech savvy but this was a horrible frustrating experience online. The online experience will leave a bad taste in my mouth for a long time!!!!!

Prior to driving away the vehicle I checked the mileage and it was 3068 but when the invoice came it showed 3067 effectively charging me for an additional mile. The return mileage used on the invoice was accurate though. Not a big deal, but should be an accurate reading always.

Yard was closed during drop off. Very cluttered and disorganized. Difficult to find a place to drop the trailer. When I called U-Haul customer service to let them know where the trailer was dropped, the agent, Linda, was very helpful, courteous, and customer oriented. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with her over the phone.

Reserved a truck, the state traffic folks called and it wasn't going to be available, had to get a smaller truck at a different location. Went there, no truck in the morning. The local person was awesome, she located this larger truck at yet another location. The agent there was also very good--went out of her way to make sure it worked out.

Must perform interim inspections to identify issues between formal inspections. One of the tire hold down straps was over half worn and dealer said U haul would not replace it until formal inspection. Or allow dealers to repair issues. This could be dangerous!!!!

Equipment was clean, but running lights were not functioning. I was quoted a price online and when I checked in they gave me a "guestimation" that was $50 more than the quote. When I questioned it I was told "it's just a guestimation," which I felt was a vague response. It was implied that this would not likely be my charge. When I returned the equipment (which I cleaned, as the sign inside said "save$15 by cleaning"), I was charged the "guesstimated" price. Again, I questioned it and was basically brushed off and told that was my price. I was not satisfied with this aspect of my experience; it would be nice to have an actual quote prior to taking the unit, rather than a guesstimate that exceeds the quote by this much money.
