This location is a scam! They overcharged me for gas I did not use! I paid double of what my original estimate was.

They were horrible. Had no idea of what they were doing. They hooked up the trailer and did not secure it to the hitch. It came off while I was driving! They were unprofessional and unqualified to run a U-Haul location. A bystander who no just happened to be in the food mart had to disconnect the trailer when I returned it because the one employee said they did not know how and that they were a’ do it yourself’ U-Haul location. Horrible and dangerous experience! I was fortunate to have kind people stop and help me when the trailer came loose. You should not allow these people to run a U-Haul location without training. The guy that help me return the trailer stated that the people who own the location are new owners and not the owners who established the U-Haul services at that location. Horrible experience!
