It was a good experience but I think if Uhaul can provide some rope etc free or on rent to tie the furniture and other stuff, it will be great. No body has rope etc at home and to buy one for one trip is not a good option i think. Rest all is good. Thabksamit B.

The person kept stopping during the process of both renting and returning the Uhaul to go wait on someone that was behind me in line at the counter. The self check in process is really easy. I wish the truck had pads and a dolly already in it but other than that everything was fine!Brendan W.
Impossible to get s hold of them on the phone, using the number they provide on the contract. When they called me back, they kept screaming at me on the phone when I was just askong to extend the truck rental. He also threaten to charge me an extra day every 12 hours, said Uhaul count 12 hours as a day of rental. I had to call Uhaul representative to dispute his claim. How about cargo vans that are not pieces of crap? Seriously, being told not to roll down the driver side window. Driving at highway speeds has so much wind noise I have to have the radio at practically the highest volume. I would expect shoddy vehicles from some random company, not Uhaul. The truck leaked in the rain and damaged my furniture. During the check out process I selected that I did not authorize the charges shown on the invoice to be charged to my card. I was supposed to be contacted within 48 hours, however, less than 24 hours later I've received a receipt showing my card was charged and no one has contacted me. I need to speak with someone at UHaul regarding the damage done to my furniture, which far exceeds the amount charged to my card.FRANK L.
I was given the truck with the gas tank on empty. The truck did not have a working AC which made the move very difficult. Also the steering was TERRIBLE!!! The employee had told me while I was dropping it off that they had just gotten the truck so they didn't have time to inspect it. Also, I'm glad I took a photo of the tank and mileage when I got the truck because he tried to charge me for gas because it wasn't on the line marked on the receipt. I had shown him the photo to prove that the gas was on empty, not on that line highlighted on the reservation paper.SHANA C.

The Uhaul truck that was provided had a key malfunction and the owner of the store told me to figure it out. She said â€œthe key is a little tricky, but I'm sure you will figure it out.â€ Then I was charged a separate $18.93 for something I wasn't aware of. The charge isn't on my receipt neither. The pick up location was not my initial requested pickup location and was not well equipped to be able to assist customers. A checklist was not completed to ensure that trailer was in proper working order. A taillight was out, which required going to another Uhaul location to discover there was a faulty wire that needed to be replaced. I had also requested moving blankets, which the employee initially stated she did not have any. When I insisted that I preferred to have some rather than take them off my order, she mentioned she did have some and would need to only bag them for me to be able to use.DAVID P.
The truck was not available when I arrived and I was told to just wait and see if it comes back. There were other tricks in the lot that were not offered to me. Also I drove the truck 24 miles and it took 8 gallons of gas to fill the tank.MICHAEL Z.

The the tire tie downs were an issue. The one on the passenger side worked but the driver side one did not work at all. Luckily I had a strap to use. I would recommend replacing both tie downs. However the Dolly as a whole pulled perfectly.MICHAEL D.

The gas filling is not friendly to the customer. The truck showed less than the pre trip level when I filled gas, based on my assumptions. Then I had to fill again...then the levels were more than the pre trip. It costed me additional 9 + dollars. Unfair.NERANGA L.

The store had a wrong reading of the beginning fuel level. When I came back to the store to return. They said I will be charged $26 for the fuel. Luckily I had a picture taken before starting from the pickup location. Then he said you will still be charged $18, so when I asked him how should I refuel he had no idea.. After refueling I found the mark on the fuel was more than what was given to me. Really bad experience after vacating the apartment.RAGHAVAN C.

I was disappointed that there isn't a system in place to give money back to us (the customer) if we put more gas into the vehicles than when we initially rent them. If anything, it's just more convenient for u-Haul if we fill up the truck- means less time you have to spend to refill them. I'll be looking for rental places that have these policies in the future. Im out ~$20 on gas despite only driving it for less than 30 miles total.Sean O.

I have booked 15" vehicle on a day before from U-Haul dealer (U-Haul neighborhood - GA 30328). He booked my vehicle on another store (Dunwoody food Mart, GA 30338) and on day to pickup they other store told me they don't have any 15" vehicle. This was a fantastic experience. I ordered the truck 15 minutes before I picked it up. It was effortless, I did all the â€œpaperworkâ€ on the app and picked up the truck. Having reserved a 15 foot truck a week in advance, I was called 30 minutes before pick-up time and told my reserved truck was not available at the specified location. I was offered a 20 foot truck instead. I did not need the larger truck, but had no alternative but to accept it since I did not have time to chase down another 15 foot truck. Given the larger size, special precautions had to be taken to ensure no load shift in transit and my fuel requirements/costs for the 550 mile trip were higher than necessary. In addition, the truck had not been broom swept and generally was dirty.RANDOLPH L.
Customer service guy was so rude and appeared totally unfamiliar with walk in rental. I ended up going on line with my phone in front of him to do my rental.
