If you are checking in at the counter, make sure to arrive on time because the process takes a bit of time. Other than that, this was a great experience, U-Haul was ready for me when I arrived, with a full tank of gas, clean and ready for use. The return process was smooth, brought back the key with my contract and checked out in less than 10 minutes.

Picked up equipment broken and it fully broke (the plastic cover that goes over wheel on the vehicle dolled). Upon returning I was accused of breaking it and towing a much heavier vehicle in the dolley which wasn't true at all. I also wasn't checked out after the rental.

U haul rep was rude and had nasty attitude the store is dirty and has u Haul spray panted on the side of the wall if it wasn't a couple of trucks out front you're going to miss it also there was no one there to move the trucks so I had to move multiple truck just so I could get to the one I rented also the the dolly was broken and when I mentioned it to her she started yelling even after I showed her it was broken I still got charged......this location is trash .....I'm never going back

When we picked up the rental I was threatened with a charge for a second day if I didn't return it by 2:30 pm because they had another customer coming. It's not necessary to say that to me as a customer. They should have just explained “if not returned by 2:30 penalties do apply”. She also told me the gas needle needed to be in the same spot or I'd be charged $20 even if it was “full”. The van was still full when I returned it but because I felt they were trying to charge me “$20 if it's not in the same exact spot” I put the $4.75 in the car to put the needle above full. I've rented many U-hauls and I've never experienced this before. These folks are awful and shouldn't be renting vehicles for U-Haul. If you don't believe me, then please send someone from management to rent a truck from this place. I have no doubt you'll see why their customer rating is so low (I wished I'd seen it before renting from them. Best thoughts, Bill and June Chocallo

Poor service from the location. Took me 30+ minutes to return my U-Haul. The desk location versus where I picked up the vehicle was not convenient since I had rented dollys and had to drag them along a small broken sidewalk to the truck

The guy and his wife promised another size then charged me for the bigger truck after I stated I didn't want it . Then overbooked and acted as if they didn't have a 15” truck which was outside . The charged me for an extra day after I had to wait from 12:30 - 2:40 for a truck

This location has a very poor customer service. They were lying and was not ready to provide service for 2 days though they were charging for 2 complete days, and lying they have another booking so can't provide. Finally after talking to Uhaul customer service I managed to extend and get for full 2 days , and from customer service I came to know there were no booking and this location owner was simply lying to me. very very very poor service. I am not going with Uhaul further in Dunwoody area because this location is only neighborhood dealer in this area.Need to look for some other carrier. Simply too bad.

Customers should know that your offices are interconnected. I first went to the Shallowford location. Only to find they had now moving blankets. I then went to another location on Roswell Rd. and was told they had no blankets either. But Shay completed booking my truck at the Shallowford location for me, since that location is closest to our home. Shay was very pleasant, kind and helpful. She represents the company well as an Associate that cares for customers no matter what location that the rental is booked. I was very pleased. Please inform her that her professionalism was appreciated.

The van I was given had two warning lights on - one for oil change and one for tire monitoring system. The worst part was that the drive's side window was loose from the frame and blew away from the car while on the highway. It was pouring down raining, so I had to hold the window in order to keep it from dislodging and flying into traffic. Since this was dangerous, I decided to roll the window down and get soaking wet , but the window didn't fly out. Yikes. Whoever is responsible for the upkeep on these vehicles is not doing a good job.

Better maintenance on vehicle from top to bottom. The box truck that holds the moving supply had a major link when rain comes inside the truck box and getting all of the supplies wet.

Excellent customer service!! I had a last minute change and was able to quickly and easily check-in and secure my rental truck (they had the 15' truck that I needed). Overall highly recommend. 5 stars alone for how great their customer service is and how accommodating they are.

I asked for 9' Cargo Van. i was guaranteed to give the same by U haul. But I didn't had it there. and was not provided. I was provided a 10' Truck instead. Which I was not interested. Not given the 50$ as the reservation was not guaranteed. I had to go with 10' Truck, which I was not interested.

Convenient location and reasonable price. Van I originally ordered was not turned in so was given a truck of similar size. The key was difficult to use in the truck and had to fidget with it for a minute or two before it would turn. Also the visor was broken so it was always down and impaired vision while driving.

They arranged to deliver the car at 1pm and because of the heavy traffic in Atlanta it reached 2pm. So they charged me $ 40. for that hour of delay, I gave them the car with more gas than I had and they also charged me $ 10 in gasoline, they are the worst, the worst service I have received is that of that location

low tire pressure light was on. The option to pay $14 Safemove was not available when we checked in so had to do it on mobile device. Then our return reservation said it had to be returned to them causing me to have to call UHaul and be on hold for 27 minutes to find out that we were still confirmed for a 1 way trip despite the email that was sent saying it had to be returned to Dunwoody location. It was a computer thing but your systems need to be upgraded. This is the 4th truck we have rented in the past 2 months and have had issues with something every single time.

Lady working at this location was very un pleasant and un helpful evan after she seen my struggles of not being able to do the reservation on the floor! She kept looking at my guys like they were going to do something wrong in her store ! When they walk through the front door she gave them a dirty look!! Rude would be best way of giving you the rudiments!! So, what is UHaul going to do to not loose my Business!? Im thinking Enterprise never rude and easy check in process and so is Penske.

When I went to this location they did not have my reservation, or the truck size I reserved. They had a smaller truck, but not enough blankets to match what i had reserved online. I later received a call from a different location asking me if I was picking up my truck. My confirmation had this listed as the address, not sure where the other place was located that had a 26' truck. The truck was relatively clean but had a check engine light on which is a little concerning since I was getting ready to drive almost 600 miles.
