It wasn't a uhaul place. It was in front of a mini market with a box on a outside wall to put the keys

Anthony B.Not marked so easy to miss. The app option was totally worthless. After 20 minutes of inputting data I got a message that there was a problem on their end. Only when I called did I learn that I could just go into the grocery store and pick up the key. Very frustrating. Put up some instructions near the trucks is my recommendation

Janet T.I wasn't able to verify the miles at the beginning of my rental and I don't agree that I drive 45 miles. Also, thr driver's seat and passenger seat were filled with cast hair.

Robert M.I was provided no assistance upon the return. Also, the next day it appears someone at this location has attempted to fraud UHaul stating that the truck was returned with damage when I can confirm no damage occurred. I think they saw that I took the insurance and have attempted to fraud the insurance company for more money.
Robert B.Very unhelpful representative. Plus thick foreign accent difficult to understand. Lectured me about not having a “traffic link?.†Link had not been sent to me. Would never use this location again. Additionally, UHaul return online procedure is awful. Couldn't recognize my location and would not recognize my location even after I allowed UHaul to do so. More than frustrating.
LYNELL M.They were rude and trying to charge for extra things that uhaul doesn't charge for like putting blankets back in the plastic bag the disposable plastic bag they also threatened to charge us extra uf we didnt check the truck in mobile it was 430pm i dont think they were closed i asked for blankets initially and they told me they didnt have blankets i. Then asked again and they said ok and showed me they had a big pile of blankets.

Monee C.I hope U-HAUL is easy for foreigners to use. The staff is asking questions, but it's hard to answer because I can't speak English. When applying online, explain clearly, and when you visit a branch, you should give the reception number, receive the vehicle key, use it, and return it easily.
kanghee K.The cargo van I rented was very dusty and had a Gatorade bottle still in the cup holder. The dash was displaying a "left tire pressure low" warning, but the clerk told me to ignore it. The clerk was very rude. She talked over me every time I tried to ask a question. When I tried to explain that she wasn't hearing me, she still didn't care and asked, "do you want it or not". I was appalled at her demeanor.

I will never use this location ever again!
RANDE M.Hello, the Uhaul had ants also, I paid to rent two dollys which totaled to $14. They were not on the truck. I would like to be refunded for the missing equipment.

Dan K.Out of 3 dollies, only one had serious problems. It was not smooth and needed hard push. After renting for 48 hrs, I was late by 2 hours however I was asked to pay for entire 24 hours. It's not ethical I suppose. Hugh disappointment. Anyway, it's not last move but will look for alternatives for next move for sure.
Dhananjay M.There needs to be additional lighting. It was very dark behind that building. Also, someone parked a boat and boat trailer there which made it impossible to park the truck in an actual parking space.
Terrell P.I did not have a problem with the location so much as I did with the uhaul experience. Changing the rental to TWO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS was completely inappropriate and the lack of explanation regarding the decision to have me pick up supplies at one location and truck at another is stupid. No one who rents a uhual has time to mess with this kind of stuff and you should know that. Additionally, using the app to upload drivers license is exceptionally lazy. Train your people how to check customers in and out. Again, no one who rents a uhaul has time to mess with this kind of stuff. Finally, the front passenger tire on the truck had practically no tread and looked like it was going pop any minute. When I mentioned the tire upon returning the vehicle, no one cared.
Natalie P.I had a poor experience with this UHaul location. First, my pick-up/drop-off location was changed the day before to a more inconvenient location (the one I had the poor experience at). When I arrived, the location was sketchy and dirty. The clerk at the counter asked if I, a woman, was capable of driving the truck I rented multiple times. The clerk then told me I had to back the truck into a space in the thin parking lot where the trucks are when I returned it, even though the location did not do me the courtesy of backing the truck in for me to drive away with upon pickup. I returned the truck per the clerk's directions ahead of time and attempted self-check out to avoid speaking with them again, but was then charged a $20 late fee. Uhaul customer service, which I called twice that day was helpful and eliminated the charge, but I will never use this location again. This location should be changed because the parking for the trucks is difficult for amateur truck drivers, the truck smelled like cigarette some and was dirty, and the clerk was not helpful and disorganized.

Sammy C.The number of steps on line to rent the vehicle was absurd. My preferred location showed no vehicles available but when I drove by it there were literally 5 vehicles of the type I wanted. The location I rented was a convenience store with only 1 person working who had to keep stop helping me to help convenience store customers. I returned the vehicle yesterday afternoon and have yet to receive the promised email receipt.

Paul B.Truck was very old and squeaked loudly whenever I turned the wheel. AC did not work. Back door was rusty and hard to open. Truck should have been put out of service. Service inside was not great.
ValaRae P.Impatient, rude and overall unkind. They insisted I bring a truck back because it was reserved by another customer. I then reserved a smaller truck instead, waited, went through the paperwork and was told that I could take it but it had no gas, then they didn't have the keys, so I was told I could leave with the original truck that was "unavailable". This was all while I had movers at my house waiting at $239/hour. Horrible experience with the staff and the female was just completely rude
Sarah J.The exterior of the truck was dirty. The trailer part had not been swept out. Also, when I told the person inside that I had found scratch marks on the truck, he just handed me “X†stickers for me to put on the truck where the marks were.

mazeed S.To improve for your next customer I would recommended that the staff be much more polite! Both at pick up and drop off the staff were out of line and extremely rude. We will not be going back- and would rate 2 stars only because the Uhaul was fine.
Malik M.Rented a cargo van - the first van offered to me the blinker would not work, the only other van available was outdated and needed repair on the back door mechanism. Other than that, vans were clean and they had all the supplies I needed necessary to make my move.

Kendra H.I was a first time user/driver of the 26 feet truck. Driving in streets is easy however parking and going close to cars is not. Some how to videos or videos with recommended driving techniques could be offered in the mobile app. If it does, I did not catch it.
