This whole rental process was POOR. My original rental was scheduled for a pick up in Warsaw, NC. On my way to Warsaw, I noticed the location ha a closing hour that was different from the closing hour listed on the website. I called and transferred my rental to Benson, NC. This transfer was properly completed. Upon arrival to Benson, NC (Tobacco Warehouse), the clerk told me that my trailer was rented out three hours earlier. She told me I could pick up the same size in Dunn, NC. I drove to Dunn, NC and completed the pick-up. Due to poor customer service and scheduling, I ended up going out of the way to eventually pick up my trailer. Also, when I id get the trailer, the cost was higher than my original contract. I am totally dissatisfied with how this rental process occurred and feel I was given the runaround through this process, in addition to paying more than the original contract cost. Also, your questions above does not allow for the addressing of this issue.

Make sure they inspect truck with customers during rental (pre-trip inspect) so they can't charge nobody for something they didn't use.

We always ave a great experience in picking up our rentals from this location. Trailer is always ready for us to hook up and go. We own a Thrift Shop,, so your trailers have become a great asset to our business... We will be renting more and more as we are expanding our business. Upon arrival there was plenty of space for parking in the parking lot. The person that processed the return was very knowledgeable and helpful. The store layout was sloppy and not welcoming. I would only recommend this place just for the pickup and drop off of Uhaul rental trucks.

There were no problems with where we picked up our uhal. The issue was the uhaul I rented was never returned so I had to rent a small truck with a trailer. This cost me 2x more mileage because I planned to make the move in a 26' truck. The store owner was very helpful and this was not his fault.

The gentleman who received the truck was rude to my son in law. My husband was with him when he dropped the truck off and said the man was terrible. My son in law picked the truck up with half a tank of gas and returned it with half a tank of gas. The man made him leave and get three more gallons of gas. Our experiences both picking up and dropping off the truck, were not good. I have always used Uhaul for my moving purposes, but after this experience will look at other movers.

Owner told me to bring truck back and he would put gas in it. I was charged $4.00 in gas for a 6 mile trip and his gas was priced at 2.18 per gallon. He needs to back to India to steal from people.

Mr. Patel is IMPOSSIBLE to work with. He misinformed of us the charges, over charged us and now he will not talk to us about the charges he made. He started yelling at me over the phone so I am now on hold for customer service. I expect my money back as he took all I had left in my account with his lies. I have also found out we are not the only ones who have had him overcharge. He does this quite often it seems.

The uhaul representative did not explain anything about the truck nor the auto transport that I rented. He did not assist in hooking up the trailer to the truck at all. He sent me on my way out of the store to figure it all out on my own with no assistance. This was my first time renting a truck as large as a 26' as well as the first time renting/using an auto transport. He offered no advice or help to make my trip safe.

Equipment should be clean and ready on time. Customers shouldn't have to drive out of their way in order to pick up equipment. The 26' Truck was at the Pop Mart location, I had to drive to another location in order to pick up the trailer.
