Overnight drop-off made it easy for my move, although I'd like to suggest a designated outside parking for it. Simply there is street cleaning on every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the week.

First of all, it took them 45 minutes to process renting a truck. We made the reservation an hour beforehand, but they couldn't figure out how to process that in the system so ended up charging our credit card 3 times for $93. Never said a thing about charging it that many times, just kept asking for the card and then there's another mysterious $22 charge and a $45 charge that we have no idea where they came from. We had to call a couple different phone numbers to make complaints and are still waiting for our money back. Worst experience ever.

i was upset that there was a U-haul on Altadena Dr in Pasadena that was close to my home and I was informed that I would have to go to Attwater instead. Few days later I again received a call that it was not available at Attwater either and would have to go to Duarte.

*&^% head tha works here treated me soooooo bad. Talked to and made me feel like I was stupid because I didn't know that a rental is card only. I'm 22 how often do y'all think I'm out renting *&^@? Let me tell you, not very often. I was so close to cussing him out. Then we decided to do the self check in so that we wouldn't have to deal with said *&^% $#@% and the day after everything has been APPROVED for us to go, we get a call and an email saying that we're being charged late fees and that we have to pay another $39.81. Guess what? *&^% YOU U-HAUL . I paid my bill and I ain't paying y'all again and I would really appreciate it if you left me the *&^% alone. Thanks *&^%$#@ have a lovely *&^%$#@ day

The outside the windshield it was very dirty couldn't even see when I was driving out I have to stop in the gas station and clean the windshield but everything else was good clean on the inside yes service was great

I paid in advance and they charged me an extra day that i already paid for. This was the worst experience I've ever had and will never use Uhaul again and make sure I let every obe I know to never use Uhaul either. You made a stressful situation 100% worse and then over charged me.

location has issue with staffs shortage. Only one computer works for Rental transactions. Had to wait for about 25 minutes to get rental even though did all express check in online prior coming for pick up. Customer service is ok. wouldn't choose this location next time.

Inform customers about the rental process prior to pick up. I had no idea that I needed to use a smart phone at to locate and check out my reserved truck. Perhaps create an instructional video and email it to customers so we know what to expect. Another customer was having trouble with this as well.
