Carlos H.Quite possibly the worst experience I've had with Uhaul to date. Picked up the vehicle and noticed the gas was already empty. Proceeded to promptly pullover at a gas station and fuel up. As I started to pump gas into the vehicle I noticed gasoline was gushing out from underneath. Upon further inspection a hole had been drilled into the gas tank. Makes sense why the gas was empty when I picked it up at the Goodyear location!!! When I called the business who rented me the uhaul, they weren't very concerned about the situation and advised me to drive the vehicle back to them!!! This was an incredibly unsafe situation and I was less than thrilled to have to lose 2 hours out of my day as a result of dealing with this situation. You should be ashamed of yourself as a company that you allow your products and vehicles to endanger your customers wellbeing due to negligence. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission.
