The exterior of the van has not been wash, it was dirty. The interior clean, no debris. The young gal at the counter charged my credit card the estimate cost instead of the actual charge. I had already spoken to my credit card fraud department and will call U Haul Downey tomorrow. I will never again do business with Downey location.

LARRY CI accidentally forgot my house key in the rental truck when I returned it and I went back the next day to find they were waiting for me to come pick it up. This business is not only helpful but convinient when I'll need they're service.

Carlos HQuite possibly the worst experience I've had with Uhaul to date. Picked up the vehicle and noticed the gas was already empty. Proceeded to promptly pullover at a gas station and fuel up. As I started to pump gas into the vehicle I noticed gasoline was gushing out from underneath. Upon further inspection a hole had been drilled into the gas tank. Makes sense why the gas was empty when I picked it up at the Goodyear location!!! When I called the business who rented me the uhaul, they weren't very concerned about the situation and advised me to drive the vehicle back to them!!! This was an incredibly unsafe situation and I was less than thrilled to have to lose 2 hours out of my day as a result of dealing with this situation. You should be ashamed of yourself as a company that you allow your products and vehicles to endanger your customers wellbeing due to negligence. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission.

inga jThe whole 24/7 experience is a nightmare. The U-Haul app is worthless and never can find a signal. The whole process which is billed as a time saver is a pain in the back. It would have been so much quicker to just go to a counter and talk to someone and pick up a truck that way.
Timothy MCustomer service needs to completely inspect the truck or Van to make sure nothing is locked. In our case the previous customer left the truck locked, in other words he put his own lock in the back of the truck's door!! And we have to wait for him to come back and take his lock. Besides from this incident everything else was great!!

Jose GI had trouble getting into the truck because of the lock. Nobody was there to help me at all. When I went to return the truck I had to wait 3 hours to check out.. because the app wasn't working and I was left on the phone waiting for an agent to help me .. plus I requested a dolly to help me move and there wasn't one in the truck.. I had to move without a dolly.. poor customer service!!!

LOUIS MIt was really hard to drive the 10 foot trailer only being able to go 75 miles an hour. We drove from California to Lake Charles, Louisiana and there was so many hills between there. And taking those hills at that speed sucked up half of our gas ⛽️. The engine kept revving up like it wanted to go faster but it could. That was just horrible and made the trip long and annoying. But other than that it was great

Francisco TWhen I tried to take a picture of my license via link, the link didnt work. I recommend just scanning driver license as a backup. Would be a lot easier. Option B was to get my friend to use his license. I dont understand y i couldnt just use mine. not employees fault, but i guess process' fault.

Tyler CRented a truck and used like 10 miles and they charged me $33 gas and like $40 miles. When they give a truck they should have already how many miles are in the truck and the gas.
