They have very good personality
MARIN R.Worst customer experience I have ever had. Location was covered in dog feces, truck was covered in food and sticky substance. The man who was “helping me†did not clean the truck, ordered to clean it myself or come back another day. He told me to tell him the gas and mileage from the past user. He never stood up from his seat. Then I was offered insurance and when I declined he yelled at me “you better not damage this truck or I'll come after you civilyâ€. I was then charged $16 for gas after I delivered the truck back with the exact amount of gas I got it with. I then called to ask why I was charged for gasoline and he said he was “too busy to talk to me†and hung up the phone.
