Our truck was ready exactly when we needed it. Our move went very smoothly thanks to the recommendations made by this location's manager. We added on a few extra moving blankets and changed the type of dolly, and this was very helpful. He was courteous and professional. We returned the truck after hours and this process went smoothly.
Eric YI went for a pick up at 10:30pm Since no representatives were there, they couldn’t verify my international identify card, the uhaul representative couldn’t help us, Then my manh John called ( I believe he is the head of this location), he himself reached out to me and verified my identity on call and helped us. Withiuhim moving house would have been a nightmare and I’m so grateful to him. 10/10 stars for John
Koushik BJohn and Desmond went above and beyond from beginning to end. We could not recommend this location more. Desmond uber’d to get us a truck when our reservation was not available at their location- a lifesaver considering we were moving during high season with a newborn! John called and texted to walk me through the process/ give me options. On the day of, John helped me complete the rental on the phone- so helpful. 10/10 for U-Haul at Dorchester Food Co Op!
