I received excellent care while getting a rental trunk from this location. Literally turned my stressful day into a great day with ease thanks to Desmond. He was thorough in making sure the vehicle was up to par and explain all the requirements in an understanding way. Will definitely recommend to future movers who need a vehicle

ABIGAIL BOur truck was ready exactly when we needed it. Our move went very smoothly thanks to the recommendations made by this location's manager. We added on a few extra moving blankets and changed the type of dolly, and this was very helpful. He was courteous and professional. We returned the truck after hours and this process went smoothly.
Eric YI went for a pick up at 10:30pm Since no representatives were there, they couldn’t verify my international identify card, the uhaul representative couldn’t help us, Then my manh John called ( I believe he is the head of this location), he himself reached out to me and verified my identity on call and helped us. Withiuhim moving house would have been a nightmare and I’m so grateful to him. 10/10 stars for John
