Dear whoever I dont think I should pay any extra charges This was the worst experience of my life with a rental truck company.They did not have the truck car dolly appliance dolly none.Went the day before and made sure everything wasreadymWent next day to pick up they didn't have a clue who I was .So had to wait while they made up a new contract.Then they couldn't find the truck or the dolly so after waiting around for 2 hrs. They found things but didn't know how to hook up tje dolly to the truck or how to fasten the car in.Needless to say lost my help moving that day.got started the next day.So called and talked to a gentlemen named Noah and he said everything was cool about the extra days.The truck was clean when I turned it in and they didn't even check the gas gauge with me so much o see just what had to be in it.Turned it in Saturday .opening and was told again by a young lady that was fine I will be calling the main office in the morning to straighten thos matter put and Im mot signing anything or paying for such a un professional experience.Won't be signing or paying anything until then .Signed not HAPPY IN Az.

Location was not appropriately applied. Did not have all of the equipment that I requested when I reserved online, And did not have an adapter for a standard factory wire harness. Not impressed with customer service either.

The personnel originally told us no one would be there to check the truck in till 1 p.m. [we were told that we could drop it off basically 24 hours] My husband told the lady that we'd be there in an hour and someone better be able to check it in. We arrived at 9:48 a.m. and not very friendly but did take the truck in. It's so close yes we'd recommend it to a friend but we'd also till them the staff we seen was not very friendly or excited about checking it in.

On 4/28/16 I had reserved a 6x12 enclosed trailer with a hand truck and furniture dolly from 5800 N. Fulton Dr. in Prescott Valley to assist in moving from Prescott Valley AZ. to Maricopa AZ. about 120 miles. On 4/29/16 I received a text from Uhaul with a link to online checkin and address of the Uhaul dealer where the trailer and equipment I reserved could be picked up on 4/30/16. There are 4 Uhaul rental locations within 3 miles of my preferred locations and instead I was sent to 1 that was 12 miles from my location. Upon filling out the online check-in form to speed up the process during pickup of equipment I had the pleasure of reading all the disclaimers and agreeing to them. On 4/30/16 when I went to pick up the equipment I figured it would take about 20 minutes to pay and hook up. To my surprise I had the displeasure of being reread all of the disclaimers which basically stated I should either be driving a brand new vehicle or have had everything serviced and replaced prior to towing. I understand as it allows all the liability to fall on the customer should anything happen to the vehicle as it should. After listening to all of this I agreed again and as she began to charge my card and process my request the rep turned to another employee and asked what a furniture dolly was and after being told the rep explained that they do not have any and that I was the 5th customer that day that had reserved one and didn't understand why they were sent to this location. The rep stated that not only do they not have any furniture dollies but that they have requested them and have not been sent any. I told them it is what it is I just wanted to finish this up so I can get going. The rep then claimed that I requested 6 moving blankets and I told them that I didn't and they seemed perplexed. Finally after about 30 minutes I was able to sign off and was asked to pull around back to hook up the trailer. The rep told me to wait til they got to the back as I was not to hook up the trailer that was their responsibility. When they finally got to my truck to hook up the trailer the rep was barely able to pick up the receiver to put on my hitch so at this point enough was enough and I helped the rep lift up the receiver and set on my hitch. As the rep went to turn the handle to tighten it down on my hitch they stopped and said that the tab didn't pop up so it wasn't sitting on my hitch right and would have to come back off. I stopped the rep and explained that the tab was there to stop the handle from loosening due to vibration during traveling and nothing more. After 45 minutes I was finally able to pull away and get back to moving. After leaving the lot I adjusted my mirrors so I could see the trailer tires in my mirrors as I do every time I pull a trailer. I noticed that the axles were not aligned and that the front axle stuck out an 1" further than the rear axle on the drivers side. Great service and price however I reserved a 15' unit and they had a 20' set up for me instead They charged me the same cost as quoted but the truck was larger than needed and caused some loading difficulty All in all a good experience
