I don't understand how the reservations work but the dewey location was kind and knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. Initially someone from the Prescott location changed my pick up location and when I asked why that female was extremely rude and did not care about my situation. When I called back to see if my pick up location could be changed because I could literally see the truck, the male who answered at the prescott location was kind and helped me right away.MELISSA K.

Person had no clue how to assign the trailer even though we'd reserved and arranged everything on line. It took a full hour to simply pick up a trailer. We'd driven 7-hours, just to end up in an hour of confusion. The trailer was OK but had no brakes. Dirty facility and restrooms were closed! I would NEVER use this location again!DAVID B.

Person needs to be more informed and knowledgeable. Waited forever. She seemed rude. Sarcastic. Pricing inaccuracy. Quoted 103.00, then 117.00, then 128.00 , 143.00 then ended up at 145.00. Gas station with no respect of COVID Mandates. Very uncomfortable and had to wait for locals to get taken care of with the gas station and talking before I was even acknowledged. Took 2 hours no one wore masks. Truck was filthy. Very disappointed with uhual with this move. I had to travel an hour to get a truck that was reserved locally. Will not refer or use anymore. Complaint: Your app showed a 7:30 pickup time. When I got there (a convenience store/gas station/UHaul rental place) the clerk said that UHaul rentals could not be processed until 9 a.m. I hired a guy to help me unload starting at 9 so I lost time because I had to go back, get the truck and lose about a half an hour. SUGGESTION-Make sure your app lines up with when the rental facility is actually open.JOSEPH R.

At 82 I'm not as agile as I once was. An agile young person crawled under and attached the chain in Maine.When we went to drop off our car transporter in Arizona, I asked if anyone could climb under the trailer to detach the chain around the frame. "No. Sorry." It took me a full fifteen minutes in the Arizona heat to climb under and detach the chain. My body is still recovering four days latercharles D.

As a retired retail manager, this location would benefit from additional training. The clerks appear to be stressed when dealing with more than one customer and phones ringing at the same time. Their frustration is misdirected at customersMONICA N.

The original pick up location, Route 69 in Prescott Az guaranteed delivery, but didn't have the trailer when we needed to pick up. Customer service is lacking, priority is finance.Domingo V.
Had to wait 48 mins to get my key I did all the paperwork the day before so I could just come and and grab the key. I should have drove up to Prescott valley. It would have been faster they need a dedicated u haul person on staff.James W.

Well when I got the truck home and opened the back door it looked like they were moving horses in the back there was so much mud so had to take the truck back and get a different truck. So maybe just look at the truck before they rent it out. That would be a start.Grant K.

The white wire was exposed which I found out later is the wire for the running lights. Thankfully, I was pulled over by a State Trooper who kindly informed me two exits from my hotel reservation. He allowed me to proceed and filled me to ensure our safety. This should have been checked and fixed prior to my rental of the unit.Donna V.

The rep (mindi) that had did my rental was very unprofessional to me. As she was on ph with u haul rep and had been silent for a few mins. The other lady Chelsea was chit chatting with me. She was very nice to me and made my day. But when mindi told me that I needed to get back in front of her, that I needed to be in front of her and I need to stop talking to Chelsea. The way she said it was very rude. That's when I felt very disrespected. At that point our relationship was well over with. She threw my debit card down on the counter instead of handed it to me. Did not gv me a receipt for my rental or the hat I brought. I had to ask her for one. She also said something to me that was disrespectful when I asked for a receipt. She did a few other things to that was not right, but I'm tired from driving and cant remember until rest. I asked her if there where trailer brakes on the trailer. She did not know what I was talking about. She told me I needed to go out side and take pics. She said, I'll be out there soon. She found a rubber stopper for on chain and said there was not one for the other chain. She took a pic of the hitch and walked off without checking the trailer or helping me with checking to see if there were lights or brake lights. Again she did not gv me a receipt. At this point I felt that I did not want to be around her any longer. When I dropped it off the rep on the ph Patricia and I think it was Marg was very nice to me. We got it checked back in. But, because of this lady mindi it made a good day bad. Makes me want to try and find other rental companies instead of u haul when I need to use these services. Also, when I asked Angela to transferred me to customer service it was the chevron station where I rented. The guy Chris who answered the ph told me to call back in ten mins. I asked him for the ph number and he did not know it. So that ended any resolution at that time.jennifer D.
I had the 40 dollar size, it cost me 187 dollars , I had the truck for 6 hrs and went 28 miles total. I find this very high. Uhaul used to give veterans and ret cops a discount. I am both, what happened. the people at this loc. were very nice.william C.

Basically the lady refused to help me. I arrived to pick up the truck at 12:45 and there were two ladies working the registers and I got in line. When I reached the front the lady (I think the manager as she was wearing a different colored shirt than the other staff) When I told her I was there to pick up a Uhaul she instantly became annoyed. She threw her hands up in the air and walked away from me and started complaining to the other lady "This is ridiculous! I don't have time for this, I have to be in Phoenix by 1;30" she exclaimed "...and I still have to take care of this" she said as she grab some blue cash bags and held them up. She then walked out from behind the counter and went in the back. I stood there for a moment and then I asked the other lady "So is someone going to help me?" she then stated I would have to wait until 1pm and then turned away with no further explanation. I sat in my car and waited for 15 minutes then returned. At that point two other staff members were there. When I mentioned to the new staff member that I was there to pick up a truck she was very friendly and helpful. She jumped into action and had me out of there in about 5 minutes. When she learned of the rude service I had prior to her arrival she was very apologetic. Perhaps she could train the other staff on Customer Service and being professional and polite. I'd like to point out that when I pulled away the rude lady was still there so clearly she could've helped me if she waned to.Abel R.
