First impression is the best impression. Smile and show the willingness to to help every customer. The manager that assisted me did not provide me with all of my equipment. I had to return to the location. Also that manager closed the doors and would not assist me at 6:55 PM

1. The gas tank reading on the contract was wrong. I couldnt return to the store to correct it due to time limitations. When I explained the situation to the Mgr he would not issue me a credit despite there only being 54 miles used. There's no way I could of used 1/2 tank to drive 54 miles but he refused to acknowledge my point. 2. The vehicle really smelled. Clearly the cabin air filter hadn't been changed in months maybe years. Why do they lease out vehicles that smell horrible? Just keep it and fix the problem and then release it for usage. Aren't customers entitled to a "reasonably clean vehicle" for the fees we pay?

I did not request this location. I was not notified of the switch of my reservation location either... which took me 14 miles total out of my way. Proper follow up if location is being switched. Possible personnel evaluation of 13 Mile and Ryan location. Both establishment and staff least the gentlemen processing orders smelled like weed. It was undeniable and unacceptable.

The arrangement of the cash draw and work station made transactions slow. The associate had to walk back and forth to ring up transactions and enter customer info into computer.

I registered for a 17 size truck I was Assured by U-Haul that the needed size truck would be there for me, as U- Haul said. Unfortunately I had to Except a size 15 truck. I was told I would receive a $50 refund I don’t know if I will or not, I had to make two trips in the rain doubling my mileage and labor. I’m disappointed.

I was charged for gas and I already had filled the gas up to the mark that it was supposed to be at and I was over charge for mileage

First of all, if you are going to have a call center doing reservations, they should at least mention about the deposit required to rent a truck. It was never mentioned and i went to the store with just enough money for the rental. It threw my whole day off because I had to go back home and get a credit card. Also you need to hire more people who is dedicated to giving good service. I was given a truck with the plastic tie broken already before i got it. I also rented an appliance dolly, so there was no reason for me to use the regular dolly. Yet they tried to accuse me of using it. Especially after listening to another customer complain about how filthy her truck was, and the employee telling her that they have people their who don't do their job and apologizing for it. Also the employees forgot to put the appliance dolly on the truck when I rented it. I had to come back up to the store to pick it up. Then when I am trying to turn the truck in before I have to go to work, the employee is too busy flirting with the lady who was complaining earlier and making the check out time way longer than it should have been. Overall, I just had a horrible experience.

They need more people working for them because the line was incredibly long, and I waited one hour and 15 minutes after making an appointment.

Wait time was extremely too long, over an hour (reservation was made prior to arriving) and the store was fully staffed (5 people). Representative that had assisted me in the store mentioned that the vehicle could be returned the same day by 5pm at no additional cost because of the long wait/inconvenience. I was charged for two days of rental (store clerk refused to help anyone that was returning a vehicle because it was too late in the day and we were in the store before close of business. His response was that it was too many people in the line, we were asked to get out of line and put our keys in a drop box. So that statement was not true, no additional charge if van is received by 5pm. I rented a storage which was a corner cage and my sofa would not even fit in the doorway. I had to load the sofa back into the cargo van and proceed to take the item back 7 miles to the original location. My suggestion is to let the customer view the storage prior to making the transaction, the size quoted was not accurate size for my sofa. I requested a refund and had to stand back in line. Another store representative said I would need my receipt paperwork in order to obtain a refund. I exclaimed the receipt was at my home which made it another inconvenience, I was moving from one residence to another. Also, large dollies with materials should be moved out of the servicing line. The representative looked at me like I should had moved the dolly to get around to the line he was servicing. This is the poorest service that anyone could receive while trying to move. I will highly never recommend anyone to this location.
