It took way to long. The person working was patient and worked hard but it was frustrating waiting 1/2 hour. The truck was super nice.

I reserved my Uhaul online in advance, thinking this would save me time. The online registration told me all I would have to do is show up, grab the keys, and go. I arrived at 8:55am on Saturday morning for a 9am reservation to a HUGE line, with only one employee there. I waited in line for 60 MINUTES to just get my truck. This put me behind for the whole day.

There is a lot to cover in the checkin process. If you haven't done an advance reservation, it makes the checkout line wait really long. If there is a way people could do some of the process as they are waiting in line, it would make the wait shorter.

It was so easy to reserve the truck and equipment that I needed and that made check in very smooth. Returning the truck was fast! I just handed the keys to the attendant and was on my way!

Your online RSVP page is Bullshit. I ordered my unit from my local branch. Order taken online, but then hen local branch receives the Doc I get a phone call saying I need to drive the the Western branch to pickup. U-Haul should of picked up the unit and brought to the local branch. After setting up a 9am appointment I had shown up 15 mins late to a line outside the door due to not being open yet. The Lady in front of me had an 8am appt and was told " Lady I'm not talking to you till 9am. Say what ?????. Mt turn and I ask if I can return to U-haul just down the street and was told NO. Why not You screwed up ????

Get through the line faster... when I got there, there were two people at the counter and one in line. 20 minutes later I was finally helped and there was a line of 4 behind me. Why does it take so long?

Michael provided excellent service. Pick up was fast. Drop of was also fast. I was number 3 in line but he recognized i was dropping off and took my paperwork, asked a couple of questions and sent me on my way!

Employees on Saturday gave us the impression that they really didn't want to be there, one was in the bathroom and the other one was out on the lot so no one was was at the counter, had a line of five people waiting.

Need to staff up on Saturday AM, check out wait was long. But each customer was handled thoroughly. Maybe hire someone part time to handle the "yard"/parking area (getting customer to rental item and reviewing process) when busy, so the people at the desk don't have to leave and can continue to serve the next customer. That would be an easier position to hire/train. Very pleased with service. Thank you!

The guy at the counter was a big help. Although I felt rushed and needed time to figure out how masny miles my my trip was. I was thinking that there should be a way for them to figure that out other than to ask us. Other than that the experience was great!

I would like to request some of my money returned. It was nothing but a head ach to get the truck on renting day. The location I had chosen online, come to find out, is not open on the weekends, nothing told us this. We waited and called around to figure out what to do. I wasted hours of mulitple peoples time that were there to help me move. Because of this I didnt get even close to everything I needed to moved and had to take the next week of my time to move everything ALONE. I am very not happy. The manager at the store was abrupt and rude. He did not care about my troubles with the brand and had nothing but complants himself to give me. Overall, a truely aweful experience. Too top it off... we were heavily underquoted... and thus we overpaid. NOT HAPPY

The pick up process seemed to take much longer than it should. It would have expedited the process if more than one person were helping customers at the counter. Also, it would be nice it one person assisted the customers who had reservations and another assisted the walk in customers.
