I've been overcharged. I disputed the fuel on the check out. Sent in a picture of the fuel gage before I drove off the lot. On return I was charged to being the tank up to full when I had put $5.00 of gas in and only drove 14.9 miles. So the gas I added back more than covered the fuel used. I have pictures of the start and finish mileage/fuel. Also when I was given the keys I was asked if it was ok that it wasn't full on fuel. I stated I didn't care because of the low miles I would need it for. My fuel dispute on check out was because the fuel was less then what was stated. I sent a picture in for that with the checkout link.Alan M.
The truck engine wasn't going into gear so it would rev really high and I would barely be moving until it kicked into gear. Then the alignment was so off that it was so hard to turn right.Latrica F.

I had placed a reservation for a truck at 4pm. We showed up at 3:58 and got checked in quickly, but come to find out an employee had taken the truck we rented to go get a tool. We ended up having to wait around for 15-20min for the employee to get back. This put us behind on being able to pick up the item we were renting the truck for causing the person I had helping me to be late to other engagements he had planned for after returning the truck. I feel like for the inconvenience we should have gotten a discount but we barely got an apology for the inconvenience.Eleanor S.

Horrible. Purchased the biggest truck available, loaded it fully with big furniture and the engine would not start when we were ready to move. Had to jump the battery and took an hour to start up. Had to keep the engine running while unloading the entire truck. Truck was quoted to me being $39.99 and even with the mileage only being 15, the total bill ended up being $150. Tried calling all locations to speak to a representative and was on hold for 45 minutes and still never was able to talk to an agent because because they were closed by the time I made it back to the location with the truck. I will be calling tomorrow for a full refund. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!melissa T.
I returned this vehicle before my rental. Was over I returned it at 3:45 PM it's listed as being returned at 5:45 and I was charge for an extra rental. I was also charged for a cleaning fee which makes no sense do you expect the vehicle to be cleaned by the customer there was no unusual dirtiness in this vehicleEric J.
