Estimate was over $100 difference, and when expressing the charges were wrong, the lady was impatient and rude with us and never really explained anything, she blamed us for the misunderstanding and told me I was refusing to understand and that's why it wasn't making sense. We were initially quoted $75 plus $31 for each additional day. (2 extra days for a total rental period of 3 days.) Each time I paid over the phone for the additional days, and on the 1st day we paid at the location, $100 (even though they told us it would be$75) as she stated that was the fee and the $75 is only an estimate. So the numbers were not consistent from the beginning. She messed our accounts up trying to pay with different cards, communicating incorrect information and taking the money out of the accounts and putting it back in then taking it out again. Moving is stressful anyways and we were down to our last dollar budgeting for a moving truck so when we are quoted a specific amount we budget that and expect to pay that. Worst moving experience EVER!!!!!! I will never use UHAUL Again & will make sure nobody I know does either unless they make it right!!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a credit card on file but when we went to pay we changed our cc for payment. They ran my aunts card but the money came out of my account. I’m concerned as to them having ran both cards.

The van's transmission emits such a loud noise you cannot converse in the cab. The wipers need to be replaced. I had reserved a larger van but got stuck with this with no compensation. Unlock the fucking door by the counter.

Your employee were really nice and help full. They did what they could do with the equipment. This was the worst ride u-haul I have ever had . I would not recommend using I-haul from this place.

when I brought the vehicle back I forgot to put gas in I asked how much the charge would be. Then I told him I'd be back. When I returned the building was locked. I think good customer service is telling the client we are closing up shop so no one will be here to assist you.

It may not have been the location's fault, rather Uhaul. They scheduled for me for a 20' truck pick up, and the location didn't have it. Maybe the website or call center needs to update their records or have better inventory management.

The entrance needs to be moved. Forcing customers to walk around the building several times to speak with counter staff is annoying. Asking stupid questions is annoying, too. You need to know the color of my truck AND to copy my insurance? Why? People are becoming sensitive to answering questions that provide information not needed for the transaction.

Frost of all you don't put down pricing which I thought was very high you guys give me gas which is only 5 /8 which in terms makes me go to the gas station twice then you only give me 83 miles from Denver to Colorado Springs and it's more than 83 miles I came in with a little less than 5/8 actually put $3 in it to bring it up to 5 /8 we can change the bottom line is your customer service your pricing the way you put you guys leave the fuel fuel in your trucks suck I've been using you guys for a while I'll never use you again we can turn the bottle line is your customer service
