Car dolly they gave me was raggedy had a big hole in it they told my nephew that was the only one that had also they asked him for his personal insurance mind you I had paid for everything in advance it was a terrible experience for my nephew and his girlfriend it held them up about an hour cause the people at this location didn't know what the he'll was going on terrible experience

I was charged yesterday for the Dooley and pads and I did not use them and I went back today and they gave me Cameo no and I left a message at 5:30 and now it's 7:00 and have not heard a thing this was there mistake of 10.00 but I could not get it back and the asst manager made me feel that it was my fault they did it wrong he was not helpful to resolve and give me my 10.00. I will never use uhaul again.

I was told that I had an 1/8 tank of gas at pickup and that if I returned with 1/4 tank I would be reimbursed, I was not, and the gas light came on as soon as I left the parking lot. I was also charged 30+ more miles than I put on the vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle I was told that the facility would close at 8pm the next day and I had until then to return the vehicle, it was closed at 7:30pm when I returned the vehicle the following day. This rental experience with u-haul as a whole has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had!

This was location was not anywhere near our house that we were moving out of. We were forced to add more miles onto our contract. We felt like this was done on purpose.

There was big gap in knowledge on Uhaul insurance and computer skills between managers and other workers. I did not receive official receipts of transportation and insurance because they did not know how to print them from the Uhaul computer system. I know this because one or two weeks ago, I met one manager and he printed an official receipt of Ubox rent for me. If it is possible, I hope to get the official receipts for reimbursement (from my company).

store area clean, bathroom was FILTHY, seriously gross. Stark contrast from store area.Staff very nice. Drop-off was the fiasco of this rental, we were sent to 4 DIFFERENT locations by Uhaul (additional hour and a half driving in BUSY Denver) before this one accepted truck. Scheduled drop-off location should accept vehicles, not the customers fault if your logistics people have too many trucks in one location. We had to drive 40 miles to pick up our rental-maybe you should drive a few trucks up to the mountains? But the person renting the truck should not be sent to 4 different stores to make a return.

Reserved a tow dolly along with a truck and they did not have the tow dolly. I had to come back two more times to get it and it turned out to be the wrong one for my car so I ended up driving my car all the way to Az from Denver as I couldn’t wait any longer . Very dissatisfied with the service

Your web site automatically reserved me the trailer at the York location. Atleast I think so. I thought I was reserving it at a Brighton, Colorado location. Too bad uhaul does not have trailers to reserve at a Brighton, Colorado location.

Waited 20 min for spmeone to even come into the store to help us. Then she had her children with her, they were putting toilet paper around her neck and climbing all over the place while we were trying to check in. Then they didnt have the trailer for us to pick up so they refunded the money instead of transferring the money to our pick up location AND we were charged $100 extra after that. Worst experience ever. I will never use Uhaul again.

If the gas gauge is not at full when a customer picks it up and the customer fills the tank to full when dropping it off, give the customer a discount of some sort. Please.

I tried to change the drop off location on the phone with the corporate office and it was a nightmare. I finally gave up and just drove to the location. The people who work at the local rental locations are great but the Corporate customer phone service is a nightmare. I was on hold for over 30 minutes and finally hung up.

The lady helping me was super! In and Out in like 10 minutes when I picked up the truck and 5 minutes when I returned. This is a great U-haul location!

For my return I put an extra quarter tank of gas in it than I needed to (only 1/2 tank was required). I quoted 52miles for my trip it ended up being 58 miles. I was charged the overage but it would have been better customer service to charge me the original 52miles since I gave you extra $20 of gas in the truck. Its a small gesture that shows you are appreciative and not trying to nickel and dime a customer.

I tried to get a truck earlier that was guaranteed and the key wasn't there, wasted an hour then got a new truck and was guaranteed I would get credited $50 and that didn't happen! Worst experience ever

The sales person was very friendly and helpful and professional. He took me to the truck and showed me how to drive it and explained how to use to use the ramp and gave pointers for the door. I really enjoyed my rental experience here and I will continue to use this location as I have never had an issue here. Thank you!

The employees at this location were AWESOME! My UHaul experience started with a bit of a blunder as the brake light connection to the trailer only worked on one side. A tech took a few minutes to look at my vehicle and see if we could quickly remedy the issue. While he wasn't able to fix it at that moment, he offered to look at my vehicle after the scheduled installs. Anxious to get a move on moving, I talked through my dilemma with the store owner who suggested an alternative way to move my UBoxes. Everything worked out perfectly - returning the truck and trailer was quick and the employees made sure I understood exactly what I was being charged for. I would 100% use this location again the next time I need to move!
