I complained that the trailer swayed a great deal once over 40 mph. I asked for the dealer to reduce the rate by one day because of the excess road time to slow down and take back roads. They ignored my request and charged me the full two days. I will not use this location not recommend it to anyone. Especially if people are going to act like they don't care

I know it's not the fault of this location, but getting a call from my original pickup location the night before my move at 7:45pm when everything is already closed and getting told my truck is not available is not a stress someone needs with moving. This location had a larger truck and honored the other price. They were friendly and courteous.

I picked up a car trailer and one strap. Was ripped didn't know until I was 20 miles away at my house going to load up the vehicle I had to make my own strap because they fail to make sure their equipment is in good and working order.

Faulty wiring on trailer, fried lighting system on a 240,000 bus. Staff great, polite, helpful. Call center 0 stars all the way around, reservation no we dont hv that vehicle in are system give us something else to put in. Yes you can drop trailer off, faulty dont need it. No extra charge. Than u charge me 7 times the rental rate even though used part of the time, told thanks location has only 1 trailer. Called customer service, oh no managers lets start an escallation another 27min call. This Saturday rental cancelled google guide reviews to follow, will share on all social media outlets, uhaul used to be family owned with customer service. 128.00 for a faulty wired trailer, thats contracted for 18.95 priceless.

Had a trlr, pulled it 300 miles with no blinkers tail lights or brake lights that the staff said worked fine. Then took it to the main hub in Denver and sat there 3 hours during our supposed move and they couldn't fix the electrical, we finally traded and got a different trailer and the lights worked only on the right. They are understaffed, and the kids they hire think they're great but do not know what they are doing. Nothing but problems, I strongly dislike UHAUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The manager for the store was excellent. He made up for the company's mistake when they gave me a 20' truck instead of the 26' truck that I was told I would get at the time of moving. I ended up having to get an additional 12x6 trailer but after explaining my situation to the manager he understood the trouble I had gone through and waived my fee for the 12x6 trailer. He turned an awful situation into a very convenient and more affordable one. Great customer service and this store was able to hang on to a customer. Turned an upset family into a happy one.

What a nice group of people. The owner was not only helping customers, she was constantly helping/training her staff and always with a smile. Seems they have a few new people. I had a U-box and then rented a U-Haul van to unload. My. U-Box was ready when I arrived and the only problem was it wasn't unlocked. I had my key for the lock but it wasn't unlocking. Went back to the office and asked if I was doing something wrong because it wouldn't open, the owner said let me come check. She said it's still locked, let me get Steve to unlock. It took all of 5 minutes. Efficient Service and all with a smile. So nice to have people who care about the customer.

the problem is not the location were you pick up your u haul. it's when you call the 800 number you reserve a u haul they say your 26' u haul is reserved an the they call you 17 hrs before your pick up day and tell you that all we don't have a 26' u haul for you but we have a 15' one you can use at .99cent a mile. how nice to offer that when you have a 4brdm house to move. an odered a 26' truck. thanks for making my move a nightmare an huge pain in the ass!!!

Clean the inside of the trailer. Train the employees to talk about the insurance in details. The one I had didn't even know what would happen if I had a flat on the trailer.

Customer service was HORRIBLE for both the pick up and drop off. Employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. On the return, the employee tried to overcharge me for gas and the rental fee. Then claimed he couldn't change it in the system and that was going to be the fee I needed to pay. When I informed him that I was not paying the overcharges and that I was not leaving until it was fixed, he asked his co-worker to assist. This gentleman had an amazingly horrible attitude and stormed out of the building because he did not want to adjust the overcharges. The same thing happened when I rented from the Haul location on Federal Blvd in Westminster....they overcharged me for gas claiming that I didn't return the gas as I picked it up. Which is why I changed my reservation to the Denver pick up for my second truck rental....but they were just as bad if not worse. Do these people pocket the money they try to overcharge people? As I was returning the car, there was another customer having the same over charging problems with another employee. What a SCAM! I will NEVER rent from UHAUL again! I will pay $79.00 a day with Penske before I give you my service ever again!
