The unit leaked water. The gate was moved so close to the unit and the pin pad was put to close to my unit so I was unable to park infront of mine due to people needing to punch the gate code and also allowed people to look in my unit Witch made me uncomfortable that someone could rob me and the gate was not always working and that allowed anybody to come and go.

Jesus G. | Overall ExperiencePaul and his team did a great job helping me understand the confusion of the online process and provided me with excellent service. The problems may have been caused because I booked the truck and storage facility at the same time.
David B. | Online Move InThe storage had stains on the wall and there was no lights inside when I needed to access my unit at night. They also confused my storage unit with someone else's. They had canceled the other persons storage and did mine by accident, and in doing so they had to change my pay day since they had to reapply me for my unit. They kept raising the prices on me about every few months. Over all the storage was alright but there was a lot that could have been worked on.
