Truck was obviously not cleaned prior to pick up as there were dirty tissues, medication boxes, and other trash left inside the driver seat area. The storage compartment of the truck was also not cleaned and left stains on several pieces of furniture. Other than that, the service at Weavers was great. We were able to pick the truck up earlier than expected with no additional charges.

Kyler BDidn't have the hand trucks I ordered, mobile check in process was unnecessarily difficult. Despite giving contact information for the 3 of us that were picking the truck up, I still had to add a 4th person's contact information for some reason. Not efficient, not intuitive, not a good process. The man at the garage was nice enough to loan us an appliance dolly since there were no hand trucks though.
