I rented a Uhaul on 10/13/2017, I don't understand how they are saying I used 21 miles when the furthers I went was to Panola road to Covington Hwy, to Uhaul on Covington Hwy just doesn't make any sense to at all

Vehicles should be safe for road trips before lending to customers. This location put our lives and belongs at risk. They rented us a truck that was unaligned. We were towing our car and had to deal with fish tailing, low driving speeds to avoid further fish tailing and an unsafe drive. Currently waiting for the manager to return my call. I sent him a video after I was told- that the truck "was fine" showing/explaining to him how the truck veered right and why that was unsafe. I requested they return the truck rental since I was given a vehicle that shouldn't be on the road.

What you can improve for the next customer is the way you charge. I will NOT use Uhaul again. You all are stealing money. I paid way more then anticipated(from an online quote $50).You guys charge too much for mileage on top of me having to refuel! It doesn't make sense! Why charge so much when you know people are moving and it will probably be a distance over 2 miles or more! That's is expensive. I end up paying almost $50 alone in mileage! There is no courteousness when dealing with these situations all I got was "I am sorry." All that means is you don't care and you just want to get off the phone. I am very upset and will never suggest Uhaul. I hate big corporations, you steal people's money who are moving and trying to do better in life. I end pay over $100 dollars for a cargo van. Never again with Uhaul.

Double check all cars to make sure they've received alignments. It's unsafe to allow drivers to take 1200 mile long trips without alignments- that is what happened to us.

First of all I should be given back my money or at least half. The truck was all over the road when I turned. Even when I was going straight it wanted to go the other way. It took close to $30.00 dollars to replace the gas. There's a lot wrong with the truck. Its not safe!

I was sent to two diforance lication, before I received my truck, they kept changing the time for me to pick up my rental, and I was over charged. Given one price and charged another.

The stole 60.00 extra dollar out my account. They said I had the uhaul for an extra day when I specifically dropped it off at 6am the next morning 3 hours before it was due. They also said I was 31 miles over with a one way use.

Give clear and precise directions on how to return a vehicle after hours. I didn't for the agent that the vehicle would be returned after hours however I was not told that it would need to create an account with U-Haul. When I try to pull up the account it kept giving me someone else's information for a larger U-. I left it having no idea how much I would be charged. Or even if I did the steps correct.

Had to wait for someone to come out to my unit to fix the utility dollie provided to me, I'm the blazing heat it was missing a spring and mgmt was unaware and didn't have an additional one, also the truck needs a complete tune up it ran horribly
