I reserved online, logged in, and was ready to do self check out. When I got there the truck was parked nowhere near the vehicle parking so I had to walk around a huge lot trying to find my truck. Then after doing self check in I had to walk all the way back to the office and stand in line like everyone else. And then walk all the way back to the truck to start my rental. Why in the world are the trucks not parked near the office and customer parking? There is plenty of room. Why did I have to do all the check in work myself and then make me wait in line?

It appeared no one was willing to offer assistance when I arrived. No acknowledgment, no greeting. Nothing. I was the only customer there The young women at the customer service desk were rude, dismissive, too involved with their own conversation to acknowledge my presence standing in front of them. I moved to another desk where a young gentleman did help. If there is a manager, they should be appalled. If I could have, I certainly would have taken my business elsewhere. Will never return here.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR- I was assigned a truck and had to physically walk to 3 different trucks and to see which 1 was mines- THE associate that was assisting just pointed .I Paid for a 10/10-was given an unit with a small which made maneuvering very difficult.I expressed displeasure with this unit but was forced to deal with it.The dolly was cracked in 5 different places which indicates that there are inspecting the equipment on a regular bases.The wait time upon my arrival was unexceptable Eventho I signed up for express pay online. They seemed really unorganized.They seemed unenthusiastic and lackluster not even making any attempts to upscale additional uhaul products.The focused needs to be more on the customer and less on personal conversation between associates in front of the customer.Overall the atmosphere just walking in is horrible and if I wasn't on a time constraint I surely would have went somewhere else.The associates were not engaging at all .

I want a full refund, I have called customer care I’m still waiting on a manager to call me back, I requested a car on Saturday morning and I hired movers that I had to pay 20 an hour and there was no truck at all! Then I got a truck the next day that was the wrong size. This was a very stressful full experience! I’m waiting on a manager to call me get Reimbursed. I called then head office and she stated things like this never happened but it happened to me and I have to pay dobble because of this company. Name: Williams Number:94341269 I waited in line at this location for two hours I had a feeling they gave my truck away while I was in line. The staff at this location was great and very nice but they had truck to give me because the system just give confirmation of trucks when They don’t have any available!

Staff was stressed..end of month! but stayed pleasant. I personally witnessed three customers be impatient and rude even though everyone was working with a customer. I rented both a truck and storage unit and I would recommend Uhaul look into the Rental process of the units it took far too long for me to get out of there. Several units they tried for me had locks on them others they said they'd have to call the office to have the space released... it was ridiculous!!

I originally had a reservation with a different location that I called to confirm 3 days prior. On the day of, the location was closed and no one answered the phone, even though their website said they'd be open. I have to go to 2 different locations to get a truck. I needed one at 10am, but didn't get one until 12, which set my busy day back.

Renting a trailer and having a hitch installed at this UHaul location was the absolute worst experience I have ever experienced with any company. The customer service is atrocious. Don't even try to call them, because if they answer your call (which is rare) they will either transfer and then hang up on you, or just hang up. Don't rely on your online order being processed correctly and don't expect the manager of the location to even know what he is doing. Stay as far away from this location as possible.
