Awful, I had reserved a truck for a Sunday morning pickup because online didn’t say anything about them being closed. They didn’t tell me I couldn’t pick it up on Sunday until late Saturday so I had to cancel my plans that evening. Total disaster and unacceptable.

The facility is great. The people at the counter leave much to be desired. There was one person working the counter last Saturday and she was lacking in customer service to say the least. It was if she was bothered by our presence and asking her to do her job. After picking up our UHAUL I stopped back into the facility before leaving with the truck I noticed there was another customer getting into an altercation with this same employee. The employee continued to be rude to the client. It was difficult to watch and the whole situation could have been handled so much better had the employee just expressed a little empathy and shown a little kindness. I don't know if this matters or if this will make a difference but I wanted someone to know what was going on at the facility in hopes something might change. This isn't my first experience with this particular employee and every she has the same attitude.

Truck was not clear inside. While not specific to the location, I received a call just an hour before I was to pickup the truck and told that my selected location (on that I checked the day before had the truck I requested) no long had a truck of my size and then had to drive in rush hour traffic to pickup a new truck from across the city. Caused me to be late returning and incurred creating expenses with Moving Help as a result...all for a minor $25 inconvenience discount. Location I was switched to did not have TV box....had to go to another location to purchase it...more wasted time. Was supposedly a SuperCenter...did not expect them to be out of basic packing materials

The Uhaul employee checking me in was very nice and extremely helpful. The truck I rented was clean and full of gas when I picked it up, but once driving it a couple of things were not well maintained. It did not have a working right turn signal, the windshield wipers were awful, and the right headlight pointed down to about three feet in front of the truck. All this made for a white knuckle drive at night and in the rain down to Florida.

I absolutely love this particular location, everyone is proficient in their duties and go above and beyond in customer service, the ease at which business flows here should be a training module for all stores in this industry and across the board. I am a disabled vet with PTSD and this experience as a consumer has, by far, been the most pleasureable experience in a long while. I for one appreciate a company who knows that good business is win/win, the consumer should never walk away from an experience where they feel like they should spend their dollars with someone else. Many corporations don't understand that concept. You all have mastered that, in this location. Your general manager is always on staff and available, knowledgable, and always has a smile. I won't go anywhere else for any service that you provide here, thank you for your service!

Your customer focus as a brand is sorely lacking. I made a reservation nearest where I needed to go - you moved me 5 miles away so I paid you an extra $10. Took three times to make my reservation on your web site because of all the deselect features. Went 30 miles ...was charged $17 for gas when I was told it would be $4 gallon. I returned the truck at a higher level of gas then when I picked it up and was told I would have $19.20 credit applied to my account and when I got my final statement the fuel level was incorrect. When I called to resolve the issue I felt with rude staff that didn't care.

We booked our Uhaul 2 weeks prior yet the Uhaul was not ready and this caused us to have to pay our movers for hours to just sit and wait for the Uhaul to open. Corporate did not communicate the discount to the branch and we were charged more than expected for a service that did not adequately meet our needs.

Jasmine Gresham was very rude. I was appalled by her lack of social skills and ability to communicate basic information. She made no attempt to be polite, or even pleasant. Equipment worked fine, and my original contact over the phone, "Gary" was nice and efficient. Gresham was even rude to the Uhaul computer support guy whom she contacted when the payment would not process. She seemed more pleasant to the black customers. I am sure it was a long busy day, but I have had customer service jobs before and I would never have considered treating a customer this poorly. Another employee named "Garrison" was helpful and knew how to hook up the trailer. I will not use this location again, despite the proximity to my neighborhood due to this poor service.
