When I arrived there were several people behind the desk. I had set everything up on my phone and was directed to show my key code and pick up my key. I saw that one employee was inputting information into the computer for a customer that had arrived before me. I proceeded to ask one of the other employees to retrieve my key. That employee referred me to stand in line and wait. I showed hime my phone and key code that said "SKIP THE LINE". he insisted I wait in line behind the other customer. During this exchange the third employee had left the desk to go outside. So I waited. Another customer came in after me to return a dolly. Third employee returned from outside and attended to this customer out of turn then went back outside. I re-read the instructions and they were clear that I could show an employee my key pickup code and be given a key immediately. After a 30 min wait, it was my turn with the employee behind the computer. I showed her my key code and she immediately handed me my key and said thank you. I paused to look at the other employee who refused to help me. He could not look me in the eye. I would very much like my comment to read to this group who was oblivious to the situation. I will be using a different location if I use Uhaul in the future.

I disagree with the policy of requiring customers to use their personal devices to act as data entry systems for your company. I understand you need to take actions to ensure the survival of your company, but doing it at your customer's further expense is unconscionable.

there was a large hole inside the truck that presented a danger. When this was brought to staffs attention, they put a piece of cardboard over it. Cardboard does nothing over a 2 ft metal dip hole. Had we not been on a time crunch we would have cancelled. We are relieved that our crew (and belongings) were safe.

Turned truck in with no problem. The fact that I filled tank with gas which was a 1/4 tank more than what was in it when I got it, You would have thought they would not charge me the small fee for the 2 mile extra I drove it. Not an issue but, kind of petty to be charged.

I've had the worse experience EVER dealing with Uhaul!!! But Memorial Dr location the manager Deyon (not sure of the spelling) and his entire staff started me off great. Then it went down hill fast!!! On the phone from one department to another for one hour, 43mins , 53mins and a couple disconnected calls. A very disrespectful young lady who wouldn't let me get a word in that dealt with escalations and she did just that escalated to call beyond reason. It was totally unnecessary and it seemed to be more personal then professional. She spoke over me and I asked for another supervisor and she said that one wouldn't be in until Monday. I asked for a return call and of course I never received one and it's Saturday the 5th. I could go on and on but it's emotionally to much. I had someone to call me from the Preston highway location in Louisville Kentucky about the rental truck stating that I had to have it back that day but U-Haul extended it. He was so busy talking about me that he couldn't even hear me say hello. I tried to explain it to him he told me that couldn't have gotten an extension because that truck was due out for someone else and that they didn't have storage at that particular location. So basically he called me a liar. Trust me I know you guys have to have better service than that because again Memorial drive can be the face of customer service and a wonderful example.

The general manager was very rude and had very little customer service skills . I stayed on hold for a hour and forty five minutes. This was by far my worse experiece with uhaul.

Make sure When doing a reservation you have the truck you wanted and also make sure the vehicle works great especially with Air.

Terrible customer experience. Didn’t get my truck until 30 minutes after my reservation time. One person was working while the two were doing nothing. They were more worried about their phones and food than the line of customers. Returning the truck was ridiculous. Again, employees standing around. Waited 15 minutes before I had to go inside and look pissed before someone actually came outside. Worst U-Haul experience I’ve ever had. I will never use this place again.

There was a glitch in the computer system that overcharged on the rental. The manager of the facility location was great at reconciling the difference and making sure a refund was credited back on the rental contract. Kudos!
