I rented a cargo van for Saturday at a location then get there and they didn't have it ready when the reservation was done on the 14th. So im sent to the candler rd location and they didnt have any either. So the female there makes another reservation for Sunday get there they dont have any and no one called to tell me. So then another lady calls to find ond and sends me to memorial dr but didn't tellme there is 2. So i go to the far end to the one i know to stand in line for 15 minutes. To be told I'm at the wrong location. But they also had some there but she didnt try to rent me the one they had. Her comment was you have a hour to make your reservation time. Then get to the right location and have to wait because a customer is trying to help the female there with your system so he can rent a trailer. So after several tries the man gives up. Then once they give me the van finally the tire pressure light is on and wont go off and the man says its okay i just put air in it. It should go off soon knowing that i can't check my miles to ensure they are correct. And they had two other vans on the lot they could have given me. So know i return the van early Monday i guy outside takes the keys and says leave it i willcheck it in. I dont get a email for the rental but the charge is higher than printed on the contract by $20. So i call and the lady say i will have to call back on Wednesday because the mgmt is leaving for the day. Mind you i can here him in the background telling her what to say. So when i ask why if he is still there he begins to say im aabout to leave she just caught me before i left and i have other things to do and they have a time to be done by. That was really rude to say to a customer. And they were saying i drove a 142 miles going from ellenwood bouldercest rd to Decatur ausrin dr. And i know that is not possible and when i told them about the light being on and was still on when i brought it back he said that was my responsibility to check the miles but it was known i couldn't see the miles because of the light didn't go off. I have been renting from uhaul for a long time and i dont appreciate this type of treatment from your staff or company as a whole.

Dyonn was very good to work with. The facility is very clean. The vehicle I had was old, had 119k miles, made all kinds of grinding noises, squealed when turning the steering wheel far left, and the gear column seemed about stripped and wasnt always in the gear it appeared to show it was in.

The lady at the counter didnt have a great attitude, and no sense of urgency. We set up an appointment to pick up truck rental at 8:15. While we were there she told us about the first month free for a storage unit. I asked her how long it would take to sign up for that and she said 5 minutes. She moved slow and talked slow, she talked about how hungry she was, and her cell phone started ringing and she was asking why someone was calling her.. The whole process took 50 minutes which seemed excessive. We were happy with the truck and the storage unit. But the lady up front definitely seemed like she didnt want to be there.

Trailer had a broken lens on a tail light and I didn’t notice it until after I arrived at my worksite. I’d like for a representative to do a walk around of the equipment with me.

I think this facility was well maintained. I did not like the 30 early closing times. The customer service was 50/50. Pretty good sometimes and pretty bad sometimes.

I’m not sure what went wrong but the part where I was double billed was unfortunate and doesn’t inspire confidence. But the first chat session where I was forced into arguing with the rep who kept telling me that the truck was due back the precious day when I didn’t even reserve the vehicle until that morning was ridiculous. She eventually apologized and admitted I was right, and I know it was messed up in the system, but I still shouldn’t have to defend myself at all. I spent 15 minutes going back and forth before she finally acknowledged I was right and still didn’t do anything to correct the error. The second chat person was just rude. I took screenshots of both exchanges and will be posting them on YouTube. The third chat person was excellent! But I spent well over an hour trying to correct something that was 100% your error. Not okay.

Great experience! Everyone there was super friendly and helpful (and funny!) Location was clean and organized. And, this may be odd to include, but even the bathroom was spotless which is a huge plus for me. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes for both pick up and drop off. Definitely a pleasant experience in what can be a stressful overall situation (moving!) This is my go to spot for my U-hauling needs in the future, thanks guys!
