Once again, U-Haul did not have the vehicle I reserved (Van) and I was forced to take the larger vehicle that I specifically did not want to drive. The manager on-duty (Simone? Symone) was rude and incredibly un-helpful when I told him that the vehicle provided was incorrect. Will never refer anyone to this location or U-haul in general.

The service was excellent but the wait was a bit long because of a problem with the system. Technical support was contacted but it took them a while to get on the call. The problem was eventually resolved but it appears that it had happened to another customer as well. Hopefully the glitch will be resolved. What happened is in no way a reflection on the customer service. It was excellent.

No, but I would really like to add that the young lady that was working hard ass hell to get the four of us out of there was successful good at what she do .thank I was a little slow with my bank card she help got me out an with a ride to the truck. Representative at this location was very rude. He asked me an estimated miles then added an additional 10 miles to my bill. Plus on my online order i declined insurance but it was added to my account. I returned the truck around 1am and my contract did not get put into the system until after 4pm and i called the main #several times to complain

I needed to pickup the truck before business hours which is called a 24/7 rental where they leave the key in a dropbox for you. Supposedly they send u a text message 10 minutes before your rental time with a code to open the dropbox. Well i never received that code so I called customer service and he told me that i would have to wait for them to open because there was nothing he could do but he mentioned that they would give me a $50 credit on my rental since I was never sent the code. I went home and returned about an hour later when they opened to pick up my truck. This caused me to lose 2 of the 3 helpers I hired to move because i was now an hour and a half behind schedule. The truck worked perfectly though my helper and I had to work twice as hard since we were 2 instead of 4. When I returned with the truck, I called customer service again to confirm my $50 credit which they told me that i needed to speak with the rep at the location. After explaining everything, the rep told me that she wasn't going to give me the credit because i didn't make a 24/7 rental reservation, i made a standard reservation. My only question to her was, "If i made a reservation to pickup before you open, isn't that a 24/7 reservation?" She didn't have an answer for that and told me i would have to contact customer service which i did the same day 10/7/18 and I have yet to hear back from them up until now which is 10/24/18. BTW, when i went back during business hours to pickup the truck, the store rep even mentioned that my key was in the dropbox which i would assume means i made the correct reservation. I've called customer service 3 times since my rental and still no reply so to make a long story short, the truck itself was wonderful but customer service is WAY BELOW POOR.

The first load I was picking up from storage at this location. I didn’t get my load until 11 although I got there at 9 When I brought the vehicle back at 11 the next day, I was charged for 2 day although customer service had told me the location would work with me on the time. The want you to understand all of there issues but charge extra when it’s to their convience. I will never use or recommend this location.
