I was charged 11 miles extra plus they charged me 15 for insurance I didn't sign up for. Unacceptable. They should check out the car soon as I bring it back not after I leave not good at all

I returned the vehicle at 4:55 gave the keys to a person who didnt check my vehicle at all… now i feel like robbed because he would seen that the miles was wrong from the check out
CRAGE SI scheduled to pick up.truck at 10 am my help to.load truck was.at my house at 10 am when I tried getting the keys I was told I'd have to.come.back at 1230 so my help.l3ft and my day was shot. I then rescheduled for.the following day and had to.move alone anyway

HUSSEIN AThey told us we couldn't have 2 drivers, there was a hole in the upper right corner of the storage area so my son's property inside got wet due to the snow falling. No washer fluid and the slush made it difficult to see. And it needs brakes. I told this to the gentleman at the store which is on Evergreen in Dearborn Heights and he just shrugged his shoulders. Extremely disappointed with treatment by their staff and the condition of the vehicle. M.A. Sobczak
