I was charged for 24 pads but was only provided 12. Unfortunately it was too late when I realized this as it was while I was moving.

I ordered a Utility dolly and when I arrived to begin loading no dolly. When I tried to contact them over a half hr wait on hold! When the move took longer than expected I needed to extend my time on the truck rental, calling the local store direct, almost 40 min on hold. Get more employees!! Ridiculous the amount of time on hold. If I didnt already have the truck I would have gone somewhere else!!! I will never go to this location again!

Too far out of the way. I had to drive 50 minutes to get there. When I scheduled my pick-up it was less than 5 minutes away. Don't like how U-Haul does the bait and switch with trailers.

They were horribly unorganized. Truck was not ready. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting! Toilet was horribly clogged up and could not be used AT ALL by customers!! Which also made facility smell! Online app wasn't responding and one price online but they wanted to charge me MORE in store!? Truck had garbage in back (they never checked it) but besides that... truck was fine but no ramp on 10 ft truck which we thought it had. And they put 2 drop off locations on my receipt!? Wasn't sure where in the heck I was supposed to take it!? Overall... This was THE WORST experience EVER renting a U-Haul truck!! Will probably avoid renting one again unless no other choice available!!!!

The gentleman working was flustered and all over the place because it was busy and he was alone. I felt rushed. I wiped out the truck and still was charged the $25 cleaning fee. It’s like your company enjoys tacking on every charge possible. I will NOT be renting from U-Haul again. Very poor customer service.

This poor employee was by himself and working hard. Why don't you have more than one employee there?? He should be commended! Where is the manager covering this location since it was VERY BUSY!!!

I had no issue with the equipment I rented that was actually available. What I have a HUGE issue with is UHaul's practice of allowing you to reserve items that are then not available. For me, it was much needed furniture pads. It is even more irritating when you consider that I made my reservation with a live person at the location the day before I needed the truck. Why would you offer something that you don't have in stock or why wouldn't you set those aside as soon as they are reserved? At least I didn't have to deal with the mess the other customer who was picking up their rental at the same time had to figure out. They were moving an entire household only to find out the appliance dolly they reserved wasn't available.

The appliance dolly we rented was broken. We found out that it was broken after they closed and just had to load the big stuff by hand. The people were great friendly and the place was very clean.

The lady at this pick up location did NOT walk me around the vehicle for an inspection. Once I got on the road, there was a crack in the windshield. Then, once I got home, I noticed the front fender was damaged too. Also, lady at pick up location told me to drop it off by 4:30 at the drop off location. The drop off location called me and wanted to know why I didnt have it back by 9:00 am. You need better communication between pick up, drop off and customer about a time to drop off. And, you need to have a 25 mile grace period due to mileage difference. You may have us going one way, but we have to go another way for our own safety.
