TEKIA MFirst they didn’t have the truck I reserved, so they put my in a bigger truck, which means more gas/expense. Second the initial truck they gave me had a busted out mirror on the driver side. The mirror on the passenger side had a large crack across it. Third, when I swapped the truck for one without a broken mirror I wasn’t given any apology and was barely spoken to. Fourth, the steering wheel had a lot of play and it pulled constantly to the right so I had to fight the truck the entire drive. Fifth, I wasn’t given any instructions on what I needed to do, I was just given the keys. I was supposed to take a pic of the plate and send it in. Sixth, no one told me where the after hours Dropbox was, so I had to search for it. Seventh, the QR code to check the truck back in did not work, it only took me to a page to rent a new truck. Eighth, the location instead of checking the box in the morning waited u til the afternoon the next day to check the truck in, so I was charged for an additional day. I have always rented trucks from U-Haul for moving, but after this experience I’ll look elsewhere the next time I need a truck.
