Very appreciative of the representative and his customer service reps. I had initially overbudgeted the length of my rental, and he was nice enough to retroactively adjust my reservation to reflect the actual time I had the vehicle on my possession. This ended up saving me a good chunk of money on an already expensive move. I would DEFINITELY recommend this location to a friend.

Remind older customers to take their house keys with them when they pick up the Uhaul!!!! lol

Only issue I had was with questions regarding the returning of the uhaul. I rented the truck on Labor Day and assumed location hours and worker availability would be sparse or conflict with this holiday. I was assured that I would not be, and that was not the case when I dropped off the uhaul. Other than that everything about the Danbury location was easy and professional.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...This location was fine but didn't have any U-Haul accessories like dollies, etc. I was told the day before my move that my equipment would be in two separate locations 45 minutes from each other. I wasn't aware that my preferred location wouldn't be honored until the day before my move. To add insult, U-Haul wouldn't pay for my gas to drive to the second location which meant I had to pay to be their delivery person. Customer support kept telling me it wasn't their problem even on the phone call where they begrudgingly reimbursed me $50.
