The location was very busy, causing a line holdup and lot of waiting
Tray under the console had used tissues and a used blue face mask in it, I did NOT remove them. The drink trays had sticky residue on them. Overall though the truck was fine
It would be a good experience if they would have had gave me a good truck instead of a dead battery and when trying to get roadside assistance nobody answered me for about 30 minutes
Vehicle smelled like beer, fuel gauge and mileage was incorrect. Vehicle ran horrible and almost shut off several times. Location charged me for 2 appliance dollies even thought I only purchased one and still haven't refunded my money.

I made my reservation for the camp Wisdom and 35 location because it's 1.1 miles from my house. I book my reservation and arrive at 7am per the text message I received from your system. The young lady behind the counter tells me my reservation was cancelled because my pick-up times was supposed to be 5:30 (even though they weren't open) and they don't have any cargo vans available. So she made me a reservation at the next closest location that had a cargo van. (This added 10 extra miles to my trip because of these distance from my house) I arrive, rent the van and the young lady behind the counter tells me when everything is complete, of you're going to return it late just give me a call. She never said anything about additional charges if I was late or I would have changed my return time to give me a greater space cushion. I go and use the van for what I needed and encounter an accident on the freeway that delayed me by 40 minutes. I call the young lady and tell her I'm going to arrive at 4 instead of 3. She tells me "you're extending your contract which will result in additional charges of $41.50 and hangs up. At this point I'm livid. I get done with the van, get gas and arrive at your U-haul center at 3:48p. The young man checks me in and tells me not to worry about the extra charges, he will put me down that I returned the van on time. I was extremely disappointed with the way the additional time request was handled by your representative to say the least. If I do recommend or use this location again (I probably won't, I'll just use Penske because I have rented from them before and they don't play games like this) I will automatically add 2 hours to my return time to avoid the frustration.
They need to close this location down. VERY VERY Poor service there. Uhaul was not clean at all. They didn't check to see if we had the car on there right and when we went to turn it in found out that we didn't thank god it didn't come off the trailer. Will NEVER use Uhaul again or send any family members or friends there.
The service rep was friendly and efficient.
Employees at this location were disengaged and transactional. Is it too much to ask that a cashier look a customer in the eye? Use a friendly tone? That she Not cuss at the card reader and huff and sigh? No masks on male employees was concerning as well.
Don't change a thing!
Since we are in a pandemic, it would be safer for us all if the employees wore masks.

Employees were extremely rude and weren't speaking loudly and clearly even though they didn't have mask on
I highly recommend company transparency, I had someone calling me asking about a rental and when would u return it, I told her it was returned in the same day, her attitude was noting short of asking as though I was lying. Do better on keeping up with your rentals .

Although this location treated me well my fort chive location did not let me know a truck was not available until the day of my pickup.

The best Texas location
Need more help at the front counter; it was a Sunday morning and there was only 1 person at the counter; averaging 20 minutes per person. The counter person was very friendly, only a little frazzled as she had several people in line. The people who arrived at 7:30 didn't get finished until about 9. Took me about an hour.
