It kind of hard to say, because when I was there, the customer that left were very satisfied, with the customer service rep, and so was I. The one hwy 67, I never go there again, the agents were playing I waited in line why one agent was helping one who seemed like he didn't know his job.WILLIE W.

The only bad thing is that when we made the reservation they told us it would be $20 to rent and $.78 a mile when we get there it was $38.95 and $.79 a mile and that was with an reservationELENA A.

I had a lot of trouble to open the back door. It was SUPER hard that I twisted my wrist. I don't appreciate that it was very painful and annoying to do this every time that I had to open the back door. I informed the staff person about this when I returned the truck. I also informed her that the truck box wasn't clean. I noticed this after the trouble of trying to open the back door when I arrived to my destination. I had to cleaned it before I loaded my items. Please take extra time to clean the trucks interior because that truck was very sticky on the door panel and the steering wheel.Maria C.

The wait time on the phone was extraordinarly long, over 20 minutes. That said, I specified that I need to pick up the truck at 1:00 pm and completed everything online, however, when I got there 1 person was available to help with getting a my rental and over 10 customers waiting to be attended. The U-Haul employee, she was very helpful, but just could not handle the number of responsibilities on the ground.Liane P.
Not charge me for a drop off relocation fee whenever I never had a set drop off location and order the truck through my mobile device I did not pick a drop off destination because I knew that there would be one closer to where I was whenever I was done with the truck therefore I would not be dropping it off at the same place I got itCallie B.
First I was contacted by customer center that a location change was made due to my early time that was requested. Just to find out when I get there they do not open until an hour later. I waste gas and time going back home and then coming back once store was open. Customer service was horrible! I told them I had a reservation the lady first stated they did not have a truck for me! Then had to call a manager his name was Mike in to assist her due to the fact that I had a reservation reserved. This was the longest experience also my first time dealing with renting a truck. This was not pleasant nor smooth. The individual had me waiting at least 40 minutes until she got the transaction correct, this took about three tries. When I tried to call customer service of course no representative was Available. I will never rent from U-Haul again.Juanita A.

En lo personal el trato y el servicio que recibÃ fue muy bueno desde que hice mi reservaciÃ³n para un trÃ¡iler fue muy sencillo y cuando recogÃ mi equipo personalmente fui atendido por el mÃ¡nager Michael Daniels quien apesar de mi lenguaje no era muy bueno el busco otras opciones para poder comunicarnos, entendernos, firmar y listo. Muchas Gracias Daniels y U-HAUL. I highly recommend this rental place. Personally, the treatment and service I received was very good since I made my reservation for a trailer it was very simple and when I picked up my equipment personally I was attended by manager Michael Daniels who despite my language was not very good, I looked for other options to be able to communicate, understand each other, sign and that's it.
