The representative that assisted me was superior…
VERONICA SI needed a quick rental to move some 12' construction materials at much lower cost and hassle than Home Depot's "scheduled delivery" sometimes-fiasco. Audrey was exceptionally friendly and helpful the day before Thanksgiving when the office was closing early in ensuring I had a great experience. The 15' box truck was fine and everything went well. I recommend this U-Haul location. A+
Charles SThe office was closed during business hours. There was not a clear drop off location. The key drop off was not clearly marked either. Would not recommend this location at all. Truck was dropped off at location using app. The app was helpful with instructions.
Claire CPlease make sure to not pull your vehicle on the property even just to find your truck because the red head front desk jerk named Gabriella will exert her tiny bit of power over you by making you drive back out and park outside before she will let you get the key to the truck. She's rude and a joke.
