There was a "low tire pressure" reading on the dashboard, but they looked fine to me, so I drove it anyway. Making sure the light was off before presenting to a customer would have been the only improvement.

No directions on how to drop trailer after hours. Dropped as scheduled but was charged an extra day for rental. Assuming they didn't check in trailer until next day.

We were yelled at to move as soon as we drove in and stopped to drop off the equipment. The man was not courteous at all. He made me feel bad. Also, he recorded the wrong date we returned it and was charged an additional $61.60. It's a good thing I took a picture of the equipment before I left, and we'll probably never use uhaul again!!

I was given a different truck than what was on the paperwork, this resulted me getting wrongly charged for serval days more than I had the truck and charged for tolls I didn’t use. Had to have many many phone calls with Uhaul to finally get the situation worked out. Such a pain!!!!

When I picked the Moving Van up the Windows were very dirty. After only 10 miles the Rear Tire light came on saying it was low. When driving 1,200 miles it made for a trip where my wife and I worried the entire way. We stopped more than a dozen times feeling up the tire but the light never came off. Quite honestly I would like a REFUND!!!

The return process was confusing. Signed pointed one way but was reprimanded by return agents to do another way. Short tempered and rude check and inspect of return unit was terrible. Barbara in check in and reserve was very sweet and nice when I was late to pick up because of prior obligations ran long.

The assistant manager at this location, Barbara Hill, is an excellent, caring employee and should replace the current acting general manager. I have dealt personally with both individuals, and I am much more impressed with Barbara’s customer service. I rent trucks from this location every two weeks, and have for the last three years. The ex-manager, Justin Davis, was great. When he transferred to another location and his staff followed him, things went downhill fast at this location. Barbara is the only employee there now who has shown a consistent interest and professionalism for Uhaul’s everyday clients, including myself. I am saddened by Uhaul’s very high employee turnover rate and low employee morale. Uhaul’s upper management have let the company down in a big way, and have much work to do to improve the job quality for employees, and customer service experience for customers.

My experience was utterly terrible. The U-Haul employee that hooked up my trailer to my SUV was not only rude, but didn't tell me I had the wrong ball mount for the trailer and just used the one I was given when I got the hitch mount installed at U-Haul a few days prior. When the trailer was installed the ball mount was 1 inch off the ground (I have several pictures for proof) and I knew no better so assumed it was correct based on the fact that I was paying for the U-haul service and expertise. I drove 7 hours with my hitch that low to the ground and it hit the highway on every tiny bump. Not only was it uncomfortable but completely dangerous had we hit a large bump and risk flipping over. I had to stop at a Memphis U-haul location and the team there did an amazing job of fixing my issue IMMEDIATELY. They also said it was dangerous and not sure why the technician in Dallas didn't install it properly. I will be demanding some sort of money back from the Dallas location and expect that manager to contact me or I will take it upon myself to do so.

I’ve been going here to rent trucks for my business for the last three years This place is really going downhill. The employees here always seem unhappy, and don’t seem to like their jobs. High employee turnover rate. New faces one month, gone the next. I don’t blame them. The trucks are stinky inside. Makes you want to take a shower after riding in one. Yuck.
