First person could not help me Second person I am 76 and hearing voices with accents is very difficult but then she got me a man on phone and he was from Uhaul and he did great Then I had to drive to another location to get car tow equipment and that was not maintained well at all and once again foreign accent and I showed him how to hook up the cord that goes around the tire Then I drive back to first place to pickup my car and an elderly lady had very difficult time getting the key out of box and a customer at the service station got it out then she watched me drive car up on ramp once I went inside again for help then a man came that hooked up the tires to the platform It was an old truck so had to way to hook up my hone for GPS so phone died about 1/4 of the way on my trip lucky I remembered the way from my rental of two weeks ago Sooo this trip was no where near as easy as my first rental I still do not have receipts for my charges The drop off place was good and took the car hauler that was suppose to go to Petersburg but I was told Jefferson Park same place I took truck back couple weeks ago 😱

They are just a pick up/drop off location. They do not help with anything, and they gave me a lot of wrong information. The truck that I was supposed to pick up was there, but had not been signed back into their system yet, so I sat there for an hour waiting on it because of their incompetency.
Don SThe representative should be there on time and have the items requested in the order on the truck. And also that particular representative, Roy, was rude and never did give me any satisfaction regarding the dolly that was missing and then of course refused to answer his phone when I called back. He gives false information.
OLETA PNothing special about the drop off. There was nothing wrong with it.. it was just a gas station that I did the drop off electronically and then left the truck and the keys in the dropbox.
