The location is a little confusing. It's a Shell gas station, so "mart" might confuse some people.

I was very uncomfortable dropping off the U-Haul at this location. I dropped the key off with the clerk at the gas station and was given no proof that I actually returned the truck on time (receipt, phone call, etc). I was called two days later by a representative fro U-Haul asking when I would be turning the truck in. I informed her that I had already done so and was waiting for my receipt.

Mart 24/7 was great. What I can't recommend to anyone is the very poor inventory management in your website. I WASTED over 1.5 hrs of my day, which I don't have and can't never get back, due to the lousy website. The site sent me to a UHaul location that didn't have ANYTHING available. A major waste of time and money for me. Have your IT and data people get this right; it is 2019, not 1989.

Second rate operation - not able to print out contract; delay in having the trained person there who complained about the earlier time - she was to arrive at 12 Noon instead of 10:00 (per request). Only person at the convenience store so clerk tended to other customers - to rent the truck took twice as long. Then, used some driving skills to get truck out of muddy parking spot.

First, the initial charge quoted was twice my on-line quote was. No tail lights worked on the trailer, only 1 turn signal side and 1 brake light worked on the trailer. If you guys had any competition for trailers, I would use them.

Used this drop off location, as instructed per text message. Did as instructed by noting mileage; called 1-800 number, which was no help at all so followed instructions of worker inside station. Locked truck and placed keys and contract in drop box. 5 days later, receive an email that truck was not returned so evidently no one ever checked it in. 6 days later, issue still not resolved so would not recommend any drop off location that does not have an official U-Haul employee on premises.

No representative available at this location. Told to wait and no one showed up and then was told to leave by store clerk. Was charged extra mileage and gas when I was given 20 extra miles at pickup location as well as gas level was readjusted on contract due to wrong setting originally.

Pick up was a little complicated since the main manager was not available, but it was still a quick and easy process. I would suggest revising the website store hours for pick up / drop off to match the hours that the Uhaul manager will be available.

I called GO-UHAUL and the customer service rep could not find the location I changing the drop off to. I was on hold for 9 minutes and then it took 12 minutes to get the truck reassigned to this location vs.. the one I had previously chosen. The wait time is EXCESSIVE when calling the main UHAUL #. This place charge also charged me .40 cents extra per mile, vs. the .29 cents a mile I was quoted at the initial UHAUL. However, this location is convenient for anyone living in Dahlonega with easy access in and out.

Only one service person in the store on a Saturday mad it very difficult for her to wait in store customers and UHaul customers effectively. But, she was very nice and did a great job for us.

They didn't know what they were doing, kept us for over an hour, they were LATE and over charged us! I only wanted a 15 foot truck, they gave us a 20 foot truck which made it 2x harder to move with! So we were over charged, there were 2 15 foot trucks in that yarf, we were told they didn't run. We had to compensate for the bigger truck and it took us way longer to move what we had to move, because the bigger truck would not fit down the driveway, so we had to walk farther. The dolly we asked for wasn't there, either. Overall a lousy experience. I had used uhaul before and it was a great experience, hopefully you can retrain this location, because I will never use them again!

I put yes for clean and well maintained... But like, there was an old pillow stuck up on the shelf in my truck so I'm not too sure they inspect their trucks very well

Our original pick up never had the truck so we had to go 20 miles to get another truck but the second location was very helpful but we did have to pay for the extra mileage .

When I arrived the lady was not ready for me and did not know how to issue a rental. She said she’d have to “call him”, whoever that is. Fortunately her coworker knew how to issue a rental. They did not walk me out to the trailer at any point. They handed me the paperwork and said to find my serial number and I was free to go. This process took almost 45 min. I didn’t know that I needed an electrical adapter and when I asked the lady if I needed one she said “I don’t know. Let me call him.” Again, whoever him is. This service was the worst I have ever had and I will never rent from this location again nor will I recommend this location to anyone.

Very nice and friendly staff there I have to wait few minutes because they have shell gas station convenient store and Uhaul all together and guy run by him self but he was good man. I recommend people to go there because they are good friendly people.

Uhaul sign was so small it was barely visable. Actually passed location and had to turn around then saw the little itibity sign

The 24 rental pads that I paid for we’re not in the truck and the associate who rented the truck to me did not check. I realized this on the way back to my destination and had to pull over on the side of the highway and wait for the associate to figure out how to fix her oversight. I had to drive 16 miles back to pick up 6 pads and was still charged for 24 pads (of which an executive U-Haul associate assured me I would be refunded). The truck was filthy. I have to sweep out the back of the truck when I finally arrived at my destination 1 hour late, there four my move was behind schedule. For the next time make sure that the pads are in the truck and that the truck is clean!
