Uhaul changed the pick up location. Knowing I had issues in the past with the rentail location not having moving pads, I asked the Uhaul represtantive that called to inform me of the location change to verify the pads. The 36 furniture pads were not at this location (only 6) that I called and confirmed with Uhaul on Thursday October 1 that this changed location for the pickup would have the pads. Wasted almost one hour going back to the original rental location. The truck's AC works marginally - it cools well at night or early morning; but is useless when the sun is up during the rest of the day.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulActually have the people that do their job. I had to take a photo for the attendant myself instead of them checking the truck and then they overcharged me. I'm currently calling U-Haul back now for a partial refund of what I was overcharged
Justin TTruck was very dirty, very little gas in it and had broken glass in the back we had to clean up prior to loading.
Scott BVery friendly service.
