The man was rude and did not want to help at all. I work retail and i would never treat a customer like that. He walked out of the building and refused to help me because he couldnâ€™t find me in the system.
Nothing. Kim is always there for the customer. She always has a smile, is caring and goes well above for her customers. She explains how the truck rental goes, assisted me with packing supplies and is a great person. I don't go anywhere else when I need a truck rental for a home improvement project like thie kitchen cabinet renovation or installing our new deck. I have also recommended her store to friends that need packaging supplies and truck rentals

We have rented many Uhauls vehicles and equipment by far this the best service ever. The service was efficient and timely. The representative was alone at that time in which she moved vehicles, customer support, and all around stellar service with a smile. I'm not sure what the representative name I can assure that doing this COVID-19 trials, we all need people like her.

Dog hair on the seats otherwise very glod
First , your on line reservations is absolutely useless, I was given first a location that wasnâ€™t even a UHaul facility and the employee knew nothing about my confirmed reservation , then after losing time I was referred to this location , the employee took the information that I spent half an hour filling on line again. emplyee told me to look at the truck and pay attention to details, then he handed me a paper that showed a very confusing gas tank level , I took apicture of the mileage and the gas level before leaving , he told me that I need to bring the tank at the same level which I have no problem with , I drove 26 miles and put 3.5 gallons of gas thinking I did good , to be told that Iâ€™m going to be charged for shortage on gas and services which was unreasonable amount of money , I showed him the picture and he agreed on their mistake but said it was my fault not to let him know , I refused to pay the extra charges and took the truck for 2 more gallons of gas , which mean I drove 28 miles with 5.5 gallons of gas , 5miles / gallon. Money was nit the real issue , it was the wasted time and fact tjat someone admitted their mistake but still wanting you to pay for it . Very dishonest and disappointing.
Guy very low didn't know how to use updated checklist for trailer. Was there an hr to just pick up 6'x12' trailer never going back
Employee very friendly and helpful...all charges explained, no surprises...truck was perfect for the job, and clean as a whistle..best of all it was ready and waiting when I went to pick it up...also, plenty of parking
When I returned the truck, the fuel indicator was slightly below the 3/4 marking. When I returned the truck I made sure the marking was exactly where I started. I was charged $7.00 for fuel and didnâ€™t appreciate it.

Truck was delivered with the hood not latched, had to pull over on the highway before it opened and smashed the windshield. Manager when attempting to check out was more preoccupied with talking about diabetes and chocolate with the two women (who had three separate cards declined) to assist them in a timely manner. Waited about fifteen minutes in line hearing story after story about how he loves Reeceâ€™s peanut butter sticks. Then when telling him the hood wasnâ€™t latched when it was finally my turn, he showed no care at all. Barely said four words to me. Otherwise the truck was fine. Customer service was very poor. The younger gentleman that I handed the keys to was very nice and even apologized for the hood. At least someone there has some work ethic. Maybe more focus on customers past flirting with them.

There was some miscommunication here. I told the individual who was taking care of me that I would be returning around 5PM the next daty. He said there is no extra charge and it goes by mileage. I called the next day to let them know I will be returning at 5PM and now they say thereâ€™s an extra charge because itâ€™s over 24 hours.
Might want to have 2 people on staff. Even when slow, it takes one long or problematic transaction to cause a massive delay for other customers.
