Awful service. Waited in line for 45 minutes . Woman in charge unpleasant and intentionally slow. Third time I’ve experienced this service here from the same woman and it’s the last time.Your man in Attleborough Mass is just as bad.North Attleboro is usually pretty good. I think it’s time to buy a trailer or truck.

The self check in for drop off is awful ! Too long, too many steps. Not user friendly. Does not allow you to go back to correct any info. Our check in for the truck drop off took about 15-20 min. Not convient for the customer at all.

I used the mobile phone to check in but I still had to get a key from the clerk inside. It took me almost 30 minutes to mobile check in and get the key. Also I never received my receipt.

Stop making photographic copies of driver's licenses. My license is my official ID. I don't appreciate U-Haul taking photos and recording copies of it.

When trying to check in for my reservation, I had to wait over 15 minutes before even being acknowledged by an employee. I was the only customer there and received no apology or explanation. Also, I returned the rental during business hours and tried to go to the front desk, where I was told I had to do the self check out. The self checkout I understand is for after hours and I purposely made sure to get there well before closing to avoid it. It is time consuming and leaves me uneasy not speaking with an actual employee. I tried to explain this, but it’s clear the owner is not very customer service oriented. I will not be going here again.

Having to self check in is not customer oriented. I can understand if checking in after hours, but if you are open, we should not have to check the truck back on ourselves. Took me over fifteen minutes to try to get my phone to work. Your employee did finally come over and assist. She got her orange phone to work, then handed it to me and walked away. I had to do it myself. Uhaul must be saving money by having customer do their job, I don't see any savings being passed to the customer. Uhaul has lost the customer relationship by doing this. Next time I need a rental i will look for company that values one on one customer relationship. On a side note, the truck was excellent. And the price was good, just uhaul lost their customet orientation.

You should make the customer wash and vacuum the truck at check in.. Why not ? The customer is asked to check the vehicle in including pictures etc....That's 20 minutes of labor cost that should be Uhaul's not the customers'.

I was received a call saying I needed to go to a further uhaul to obtain a 17ft uhaul. On my way to the further uhaul I get a call saying they only have a 15ft so I would get the reservation guarantee of 50 dollars back. I was forced to make multiple trips with a smaller uhaul in the pouring rain doing triple the miles I originally planned because we could not fit it all in the smaller uhaul(far more than 50 dollars). When I asked if I could receive a discount or credit because the truck forced me to need to drive significantly more I was told they couldn't do anything further. I'm am honestly very disappointed that no further discounts could be applied for all the inconveniences this caused me.

Reserved truck & trailer from this location, truck was available and trailer was sent to Pawtucket for pickup when we received trailer in Pawtucket they tried to double charge me, so I canceled the whole transaction due to now added extra mileage having to return to 2 seperate locations. after calling coparate we were told only gas fees would be charged since I never used the truck other than go and back and forth to uhaul. in all the run around I lost my race entrance fee and was unable to attend the race. when I returned the truck within 1 and 1/2 was still charged full day rental, would not recommend uhaul to anyone.

I ordered a van for 19.95 a day. I put only less than 50 miles on it. I got charged 106.00, got refunded only 19.95 plus 10.00 dollars for sum insurance. Would I recommend U-Haul to a friend NO. Plus your call center leaves you hanging on the phone for well over 30 minutes. Like said before I would not recommend U-Haul. Thanks.

Not specific to this location but your online reservation workflow isnt done well. The location I pick should be my pick up spot unless I change it to preferred not the other way around, cost me an extra $10 because you all never said you didnt have a truck at my original choice

The Assistant Manager (I believe name her name was Jo) at the Cumberland RI store on Mendon Rd was very helpful and went out of her way to help me with the self check in. I hadn’t had the best experience at that location prior but she changed it around and I would recommend that location now.
