First, I was confirmed to pick up the vehicle in Conyers, Ga. and was called that afternoon and told that the vehicle I was scheduled to pick up was in such "bad shape" that they couldn't release it. I was referred to Covington, Ga. for a vehicle. The vehicle that was waiting for me was so filthy that I would not have accepted it I didn't have an immediate need to load up my art work for the Candler Park Community Arts Festival. The vehicle was the nastiest I have ever seen in my 20 years of UHAUL rentals. The staff member was very nice, but the vehicle was so filthy that I was embarrassed when the volunteers were helping me unload at the Festival. One of them commented "I am surprised UHAUL would do this!"
