They claimed the mileage was way more than we used and we returned the vehicle with the same amount of gas as when we picked it up but they claimed it was less. They also tried to blame us for a dent that was already there at the time of pickup.Dylan T.

This review has much less to do with Larsen Feed than it does with U-Haul and their policies in general. Don't move my 6 AM reservation to an 830 AM 25 miles away. The truck I had came with the check engine light on, potentially causing the 3.5 less average MPG than was listed. I started off this U-Haul fiasco by calling in to get a more accurate quote and on the date of my pickup (3 weeks after quote) was informed it would be $1400 (fourteen hundred, not a typo) more than what I was quoted originally (~$875). They did nothing at the time to try and rectify the situation, only rudely point out that I could have found their error in the confirmation emails. When I went back to check the confirmation emails, there was no information that was incorrect or able to be seen from my end that was incorrect. So I put in a complaint and was given a $500 refund. That still doesn't fill the remaining $900 I was out and I'm left feeling very unsatisfied as a U-Haul customer. I will be forever warning my family and friends not to use Uhaul for any of their needs going forward unless I can be fully refunded. Overall this was an extremely stressful situation to deal with in an already stressful move out of state. My funds are limited between jobs and this was a burden I didn't need or expect.Garrett C.
