U-Haul rentals is not Larsen's main-stay business, so come with patience as staff relearns the process on the fly. But even with that, I was in-and-out and hooked up in less than 30 minutes. The return was much better. I was met outside and directed to the parking spot, unhooked and gone in less than 15 minutes. This is my new U-Haul hub and I recommended them.

JESSE LLarsen's Feed was a fine location. The making me change 2 times to find a truck when I could have found one in my town would have been easier. I was supposed to have a 15 foot truck in my town. I got called twice to change locations only to end up with a 20 foot truck 10 miles away. I am sure their was a 20 footer in my own town so I can save mileage and gas but I didnt have time to check. This was a very frustrating experience and I want like some kind of reimbursement and not a free upgrade to a 20 foot truck when you didnt have any other sizes.
